Drive thru was extremely slow, so I decided to go inside. No one working the front counter. Two managers and one employee were sitting in the lobby, oblivious to the long line at drive thru or front counter. One person was working the drive thru and one person was cooking. With cars lined up in drive thru, and customer standing at the counter, why wasn’t the manager helping?Unacceptable.\\n\\nOn the bright side, I’m glad to see inside dining finally open back up.
The food was not good. We went through the drive through and the girl could not give back the right change. We tried to explain it to her and she just could not understand..
Worse place ever curbed us for 15 minutes when they wasn’t busy at all. We got our money back and went somewhere else. The manager was very happy with our decision. They are not suppose to take drinks back due to health concerns but they did. Would suggest somewhere else.
Absolutely the worst place I've been to. Heck, they make McDonalds or Taco Bell look like better customer service.I ordered a simple Double Whopper meal with a medium fry and Coke which came up to be $13. They end up giving me a Double Whopper JUNIOR with small fries and nuggets.Customer service is poor and employees lack any sense of professionalism. There was only me and another person in the parking lot, and somehow, it took them 10 minutes to get the other person their order. It's fast food, people.
Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Fighting behind the counter. garbage all over the floor. Food was cold and hard. I handed it right back to them. Someone needs to do something about this. The female manager there today did not seem to care or take any interest in giving them any direction. Just walked around acting like it wasn't happening.
The absolute worst fast food restaurant ever. Lazy Employees! They had me sit in the drive through almost 10 minutes with no cars/customers until the menu changed from lunch to breakfast, then said \\\"we're on lunch\\\".
The food is always good. Unfortunately the service is terrible. Consistently at least a 30 minute wait in drive through. They make you wait after paying to pull forward to the next window, even if there is no one in front of you. And then make you pull into a parking spot to get your food, even if there is no one behind you.
I'm the employees were really friendly but my order wasn't repeated at drive through so as waited for the rest of my food...didn't get a receipt either...everything else was cold. I have no idea what I paid for to he honest.
Missing some ingredients, they seem to be shortstaffed like alot of other restaurants in town. Still good food if they have what u want in stock though, cooked and seasoned well. Best time to visit is after Wednesday when they get restocked
Waited in drive thru saying hello 5-10 minutes before they come on the speaker to say that lane was closed. There's no signage indicating this. I go inside to order, the kitchen is in disarray, the freezer door was open. I had time to notice no one was working in the freezer as I had to wait another 5-10 minutes to put an order in. The manager and two others were playing around. There's no one inside and one car in the drive thru. I finally get an employee to take my order. I mention that the freezer door is still open and no one is working out of it and they need to put a sign on the drive thru lane that is closed. A different employee interrupts me while I'm placing my order to sass me about the drive thru not having signage. She said it blew off. I didn't take kindly to her sass so I got the "manager" who sassed me more. I demanded a refund I was done. The "manager" talked down to me while making me wait for my refund. 10 minutes goes by I get the refund but the "manager" refused to give me my receipt. I stand my ground demanding it. She walked to the back was gone for another 6-8 minutes came back on her phone. " Manager"yells that she's supposed to keep the receipt. It clearly states on the receipt "customer's copy". I continue to ask for my receipt. Another 4-5 minutes goes by. I ask her if I can take a picture of it.she tells me to never come back. When she brings it to the counter I take it from her and walk out.What a shame. This is a new Burger King that everyone was looking forward to opening and these employees are running it into the ground. How will they be able to make money and stay open with employees like that?!??I'm beginning to believe this place is a front for money laundering.
