Staff is not friendly. Wings come out half covered. Tables are waaaay to close together. Just not a good way to spend my $55.00 for wings and fries.
Alyssa was a great waitress she came to our table a lot through our stay. Asked if we needed refills and how our food was. Asked if there was anything else we needed. She even came to our table and asked if we needed a refill before we asked for one. She is very friendly can’t wait to come back.
This was the worse experience at a bdubs I have ever been too and should be opposite when at the beach. Let me explain some I ordered food and was delivered to someone else in which I had to remind the guy about it. Then he said that they would pay for it but bill came and still charged. Then couldn't pour beer right and thought it was funny. Maybe this will shine some light on this issue I had and the guy's name was Jared at the bar.
We wanted to grab wings to bring back to our room and it was about 9:15 Saturday night. We attempted to order before we got there but no on answered the phone. Their website stated that they closed at 11 P.M. but when we got there and walked in there were 3 kids sitting on the bench staring at us. One said we're closed but we didn't think that he was talking to us because we were looking ahead and waiting at the hostess desk. Then one of the females sitting next to him said louder we're closed and we were like oh their talking to us. I would have never thought that BWW would be closed in a tourist area on a Saturday night (during Spring Break) at 9 P.M. especially when their website states that they close at 11.
Service was awful it took an hour to get the food ready… I specially ask for celery and carrots two times and they didn’t came with the order…
We walked in today and waiter asked if we wanted a high top. We asked for a regular table and waiter slammed menus on table and left us mad because we wouldn’t take a high top (mind you we have several small children with us). We then sat 20 minutes and not one of the five waiters or waitresses served us or asked us anything. One waitress asked another about our table and no one wanted to serve us and we could hear the conversation. We left nicely and told them we were not served and no one wanted to help us so we ate elsewhere. Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
We went here family of 6. Food was horrible. We understood it was busy bc it’s Spring Break and willing to wait a bit for the food. We are patient. The food was almost inedible. Service was great considering it was busy but we won’t be going back bc why pay those prices for bad food?
We went on Monday 2/28/22 @2:05 pm. This was our first time here. They looked like they were short of help. We got seated by Ms. Vito. She was wonderful! She was doing it ALL- hostess, waitress and bussing tables. She had a positive attitude and did an amazing job! During this difficult time with staff shortage, she had a great smile on her. I commend her! Someone needs to give her a raise! Thank you Ms. Vito!
Wonderful food! I had a burger and it was very good. The reason it didn't get five stars is we didn't get very good service. We waited for drinks to be refilled for a long time. We had to flag her down. It was about 3:15 when we ordered.
If you like BWW you’ll like this one. Nothing fancier or worse than any other BWW you would go to. Staff is about the same as well! Nachos are always good!
