I ordered a cake 48 hrs in advance. Paid $44. Got a text 24hrs later that my order cannot be completed. I show up for my refund they tell me they cant do it i need to come back when the general manager is in but no one could tell me when they will be in. Now this place is out of the way from my home and anything i do and gas is expensive. I have called over a dozen times the past 3 days and no one will answer and voice mail is full. This is was my first time ever getting a cake and not making a cheap one. It was for a special occasion. I will never use this shop again.
The best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to and I have been to several stores being military and this store is my favorite. I went to celebrate my birthday and the worker named Taylor helped me get the perfect caramel ice-cream flavor. Taylor went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special!
Disgusting, employees sit in dinning room vaping and playing on there phones. Did not wash hands before serving. 1 girl playing and fixing her hair into ponytail around open food.
I got Dunkin donuts but the one I went to me an my ol man got hustled for 6$ ...I can say that boy is good tho....but not worth going back to that one go to the one on 15th
Horrible. We were the only customers in the store. The cashier was rude and ignored us until we said something. She was rude as we were ordering. She then touched the banana with her bare hands without washing them. To top it all off, she immediately started helping a customer at the drive thru while we stood there with our ice cream melting waiting to pay. There was another associate working that had already started working with that person. They seemed to be closing early (before 7:30) as they locked the door and were eating donuts when we left.
Rude employee and she turned me away after I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes.
Worst experience ever... Only one kid in the entire store. He was on the phone with his girl complaining about how he was the only one there. No one can work. He's closing early. There were two roaches on the floor in front of the cash register. He made me some flavored milk for $15. I will not be returning.
Closes at 8:45 PM instead of the 10:00 PM listed on Google maps.... do not even attempt to go if it’s past 8:00 PM since the employees are more than willing to tell you that they are closing soon and will no longer be taking orders.... I drove 20 minutes across town only to be disappointed by the laziness and rudeness of their employees!

you guys had no bananas for a banana split. big disappointment. had to leave to go to the other Baskin-Robbins location they had no ice cream my family wanted they had no waffle cones with the chocolate. why are both of your locations open for business if you have nothing that nobody truly wants. my family ended up getting ice cream but it wasn't what we wanted. very disappointed in my very first time ever trying Baskin Robbins we will forever go to Sonic or dairy Queen thank you have a good day
