I placed an order through DoorDash and tried calling them to modify my order and no one ever picked up the phone. When they did they would put it through the voicemail. If you see that your phone is constantly ringing maybe you should answer it. Absolutely not acceptable
I went in and got ice cream, which was OK, I was enjoying it until I found not one, but three blonde hairs in it. All of which were in a single scoop? I understand that hair falls sometimes, everyone’s hair sheds but it’s the fact that no one uses a hairnet or tries to prevent, in any way, hair from getting into the food. A baseball cap isn’t going to provide much protection, especially when your hair isn’t even pulled up into a bun/ponytail.

honestly they was out of every flavor my family wanted. I could not get a waffle cone with the chocolate on it. something I haven't had since I was a kid and I really wanted it. the other Baskin-Robbins had no bananas and so forth. why are you people open for business? terribly disappointed in my very first time ever being at a Baskin-Robbins. sorry I will forever go to Sonic or dairy Queen thank you have a good day
The ice cream was good but I got cheaped out there was no ice cream in the cone and the cone itself was stale very disappointed I have such high expectations I just wanted some ice cream. And the store location is not the best the area is nice but the Dublin and ice cream smells do not mix very well.
You need to change your hours online , says open till 10 so drove here for no reason! Doors say yall close at 9 and not a soul here
Of my last ten or so visits, they had waffle cones twice. Employee states they didn't get around to it every time. Doesn't seem like it would take a huge amount of time considering the waffle iron is always on and there was even a can of waffle cone batter nearby today. Oh well.
