I don't like the taste of the oil they fry things in, but a lot of other items on the menu are very good.
Arby’s ,Cove Blvd Panama City Fl. March 24 @ around 7:45pm.We ordered for delivery by Door Dash. The food was excellent,the delivery was great & on time. Only problem —No Arby Sauce or Horseradish sauce,nada,none. This is after we ordered extra sauce,as we love Arby’s Sauces. Well needless to say we were very disappointed and the sandwiches were a little dry,and not nearly a good as should have been. We also had guest over which just added to the whole mess. The staff needs to be much more careful about this,maybe a little more training,and Yes,we will definitely order again,as we have and do still love Arby’s
This is the second time through the drive-thru that the order wasn’t right. This time we didn’t get our slider or any of the sauces that came with our wraps. We received a large drink that we didn’t order, which we gave back because we didn’t even know what the drink was.Our total was $18+, which is more than it had been in the past. Employees are nice, but if your not going to get what you ordered, it doesn’t really matter how nice you are.
Whoever does the drive thru at this restaurant is the most obnoxious woman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She talks to the customers as if they were dirt. And I'm told she's the MANAGER! In fact, some of the employees have even apologized for her, telling me "Our manager is a b***h." When an employee feels compelled to apologize for how a manager spoke to a customer that's really bad. If this woman hates the job and dealing with the customers that much she needs to get a new job.
Our server was fantastic. He was on top of every request we had, made sure our order was correct, and just seemed like a really well rounded good ol boy!! Phenomenal!! I'll go there again just for the service!!
First time ever getting a cold fish sandwich in all my life eating at Arby's anywhere in this country, by far my worst drive thru visit to any fastfood restaurant ever. Will not be returning!!!
I had a very pleasant experience in the drive thru last night. I brought a coupon to redeem with them, they honored it even though the computer system was giving them troubles. I was so appreciative of their kind attitude. I will definitely come back. Great team and management. ❤️❤️
As usual, had to go back through the line for a missing item. The employees are always very friendly, though! I love the new krinkle cut fries. I never liked the taste of those curly ones.
ordered Arbys and had it delivered. This is what we got. Half and half fries that are cold and stale, and an ounce of au jus for a french dip sandwich which was smashed. Horrible food, never going to this location again? Maybe if the workers spent more time working than sitting out front smoking on the tables, this place would be better.
Does all of your beef and cheddar sandwichs come with no cheese and 4 thick slices of bologna?
