Trying to remember to take a picture of my food before I just dig in lol... looked so good I totally forgot..Staff was friendly and the food was great like always.. I personal enjoy the four cheese Mac and cheese with honey chicken tenders..Husband had shrimp and broccoli Alfredo..
Great service. Our server was right on the ball and a good sport. The food was ok but the chicken strips were small and part of the penne were not cooked properly.
Applebee's has the best French Onion soup. I came in especially for it and again, as always, it didn't disappoint. Heather my server was excellent and I enjoyed my soup and ordered dinner to go.
Bourbon chicken with shrimp with a side of mashed potatoes is what I got and OMG! It was so good! Waitress was wonderful as well!!!
Good service. Friendly waiters. Very slow. Needs more customers so you better go eat there. Stop reading my review and just go eat there right now.
I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. The service was extremely slow. It wasn't the waitresses fault. She was a sweetheart. They were short staffed. The food sucked. Dry and bland, ribs were overcooked. Fries were edible at best. I barely ate anything and paid $25 with tip.
Bathroom was absolute trash. They ought to be ashamed of theirselves, have used gas station bathrooms cleaner than theirs. And it's been that way the whole time I've lived in Bay County. Please do better.
We went for 1/2 off appetizers after 10pm on Sunday 12/26/21. The waitress told us every appetizers were 1/2 off except Classic Combo. So we ordered beef nachos and wings. When we got our bill she didn't discount it. So we asked her why she said it wasn't included in the deal. WTH! You told us it was. So she said she can ask the manager. Few minutes later, she came back and said it wasn't in the deal. We won't be coming back! Worst customer service. Don't waste your time. Nachos wasn't all that. Hardly any cheese or beef on it. A plate full of chips for $12
We visited on December 29 at 4:30pm. We sat in the round booth since we had 3 kids in our party. My child dropped something between the crack of the seat and it was lost in stacks of food, crayons and a bug. The seat backing it's self needs a good steam cleaning and looks very dark and dirty. The food was not edible AT all. How can you mess up Chicken Wonton Taco's and the appetizer sampler. The taco shells were over cooked and the chicken was very tough and dry. In the sampler the marinara sauce was dry like it was scraped off the rim of the container and looked really bad. Only thing that was edible was the chips from our food and the kids meals were ok. We didn't complain to the girl because I was in town visiting family and friends. We wanted to eat and have some drinks while the kids caught up. When you're spending over $100+ you expect food you can eat. We had a 3rd person join us and we convinced her NOT to eat the food.
Appetizers, entrees & dessert were all very good. An enjoyable, affordable lunch experience. We will return to eat here.
