Food is delicious! I love eating here when I come to town. Never had anything bad off the menu!
Always friendly great service
Went at peak lunch rush and the employees were amazing. Organized and kind, even under pressure. We got four burgers, a chicken sandwich, onion rings and four fries. Food was hot and fresh, wait time was impressively not long for the amount of people in the drive thru and inside. At first the onion rings were missed, but they got them to us quickly! We run restaurant!
The girls working here are so over worked because they are so busy. They get their job done though and I don't see them complain when they have a line of the door and cars wrapped around the lot I've only eaten here once and don't care for the food. I do deliveries and spend time in the lobby quite a bit so I wanted to leave my post on recognition of the staff. Amazing and hard working. The one young black girl up front at the register is truly spectacular. Very good at her job. Always has a smile and is very efficient.
Absolutely loved it. I have been many years ago and want to impressed but my boyfriend wanted to go and it was his first experience and it was very good. The burgers were probably the best I've had in a very long time. The French fries were crispy perfectly seasoned and the customer service was exceptional. They had our food out quickly, cooked properly and prepared to perfection. The apple pie was also amazing and hot and fresh. They cook the apple pies as they are ordered.
The best visit to restaurants all week was at this restaurant. Very nice lady took our order. Food was ready promptly. Older lady came to our table three times to see if we needed condiments or anything. Staff even thanked us as we left.
The burger was delicious. It was good and fresh. The fries where soggy. Different souces were provided. Nice friendly service.
Very unimpressed with breakfast. Ate at a couple different whataburgers recently just because it's something different but this location has issues. The biscuit was overcooked dry and cold. Chicken was cold. And the 2 burritos we got the shell looked like it was yesterday's open pack and it was sloppily put together and cold. They weren't even busy, there was 1 other car in front of us in the drive thru and nobody in the restaurant. This location is always busy for dinner. We see a crazy line wrapped around the building so we figured maybe breakfast would hold up to their reputation.
We are new to the area so we wanted to try Whataburger and it didn't disappoint. We tried their burgers, fries, chicken, and chicken fajita. The food was nice, fresh, and it reminds me of a Steak N Shake with bigger fries. The option to have Graham crackers for kids meals was a nice touch. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and we got in and out in only a few minutes. We definitely have to come back before we leave.
Busy business. friendly and clean I don't know if it's a pre-prepared patty, but it's a little dry, so I'm only giving it 4 stars. French fries are good!!
