This Wendy’s is total chaos. I stood in line for 20 mins to order inside, I was the 4th person in line. I have been there once and stood outside at 10:00am after the lobby was supposed to be open 9:30am. I was greeted at the door after banging on it several times. She said they didn’t have enough people working to open the lobby. When I left one employee was in his car smoking. Then another employee was sitting in the dining area. Then that employee that I spoke to left.Just today I got there at 9:30am and stood there for 10 mins while 3 employees seen me. One sitting at the window of the door and looked at me and then got up and walked away. Then 2 others looked at me then went into hiding. While the whole time the girl in the drive thru was staring at me.Whoever owns this Wendy’s needs to step up and do their job because right now your leadership skills are the most pathetic I’ve seen in along time.

When I went through the drive-thru I ordered a Dave's double cheeseburger with extra onion and pickle a order of fries, 10 Chicken nuggets and a small drink. When I got my food it was all cold and the person at the drive-thru window said to pull up and they would make me fresh, so I did. The first person to bring my food out brought me four chicken nuggets, a fry and I already made double cheeseburger because I had gave them the whole sack back. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and this order was all cold. he took it back and said he would straighten it out. I decided to go in, I watch the girl take the already cooked french fries scoop them up and put them back in the deep fryer and she did the same with the chicken nuggets. I told two different people I cannot believe you did that! but they just ignored me and finally gave me my food and the bag was so greasy. I ended up throwing the food away and that was almost $20 worth of food. I don't know about you but $20 is a lot of money to me I'm a 71-year-old senior citizen. I expect my food to be hot and fresh and I always order it cook to order. I was so disappointed in the service and the way they handled the food and even one guy did not even have gloves on that was serving food. I think if you look back over your reviews you have a lot of complaints about the food being refried and not being hot. I was so disappointed and I will report this to the corporate offices in Dublin Ohio. The employees can use a little help. They don't really talk to you that much they kind of Mumble a little. The new hot and spicy chicken really isn't that hot and spicy but it was all right I suppose

Cold food old fries missing half the order definitely won't go back

The manager, Michael took out order at the drive through and prepared our food. He was very rude. He was short, and abrasive and unapproachable. I asked for a salad no tomatoes and he told me that the salads come prepared and that he can't remove the tomatoes. Such a lie! Is there a Wendy's facility nearby that preps a bunch of premade salads and ships them out to various Wendy's locations in a truck with a refrigerator in the back? He was lazy and showed no passion for his job. He was ashy and not wearing gloves during what food preparation I saw from the Drive Through window. I wanted my friend here on vacation to experience southern hospitality and I certainly did not get that here. Burger was unseasoned and the drinks weren't filled up all the way. I won't be eating here again and I'm telling my local friends about this experience because it's truly uncalled for. He had no other customers.

Placed an online order thru the Wendy's App for curbside. Packed my car on designated parking lot and waited for over 20 min. Nobody showed up with my order so I drove away. Still got charged for the order even they never made my food.

One car in the driveway an i sat there for 15min before I drove off since the car in front of me still wasn't being acknowledged. Y'all slacking hard Wendy.

Hate this drive thru takes forever!Another bad visit to Wendys today 35 minutes to be told they are no longer on breakfast so I got a dry spicy chicken sandwich. ?Oh and the drive thru menu is a joke.2 dollars off premium sandwich combo coupon only applies to combos 1-6 lol guess the new sandwiches are not premium lol what b.s.

Triple cheeseburger for the win!Wendy's is the only chain that uses fresh meat instead of frozen. Supposedly anyway.

Went to the drive thru, drove home only to find that they gave me the wrong sandwich, so I called spoke with the GM, sent my spouse back, they gave him the correct sandwich. So now what I have is soggy cold fries with my correct sandwich and a water down soda. They weren't even busy at all. To me this was just bad customer service. The inconvenience of it all and lack of care, was just handled wrong to me. I won't ever go back there!
