It used to be a fun place to shoot pool and grab decent food. The last two times we have visited, it has all changed. Only two pool tables vs used to be 6-8 , food has gotten generic, and the service is horrible. The server/ bartender is always too busy letting her boyfriend feel her up on the side of the bar or off talking to friends outside. We stood for 270 seconds (four and a half minutes), yes we timed her as this wasn't the first time it has taken forever to get a drink. The next beer order took even longer, so we just paid and left. We hope Vic's has great success with the new format, but as life long locals, we plan on NEVER going back.PS: Your response shows everything someone needs to know. Sir, I've spent over thirty years in the bar and restaurant business, and I really wish you well, but to respond to a customer's personal experience that way is very unbecoming. Check your video on March 31st around 630 . You yourself came in around 6:45-6:50 and loaded up several bottles of beer into what looked like a case box and carried it out the back door. I am to assume you were delivering it to your other bar. You know, the one where smoking is allowed, which is your business, but as a former smoker I don't want to smell like an ashtray all night. Yes they only have one pool table as stated in another post!! However our experience was great. The bartender and locals were amazing at recommendations, an the Ribeye special was fall off the bone good. For a whole in the wall an a place to get some shade for a few hours I would recommend..
Where have I been is all I can say. Tasty drinks, awesome food and friendly service. We had the prime rib special which is on Thursdays and the double cheeseburger. Ok, can I say yummy. We went to hear the band while we were here in Panama City for bike week. We walked in and went to the bar to get a drink. We waited for almost 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. It wasn’t even busy either. Once the bartender came over, she rolled her eyes at us and said what do you want. We ordered several drinks but got attitude the entire time. We finished our drink then left. We will never go back.
First time for us and we went because of the lunch special. We'd absolutely go again. Great value and good service, give them a SHOT.Oh yeah they also have pool tables .
This is a neighborhood bar and grill. It is not a fancy place. But a cool place to have a beer and play some pool. Service was great, bartender was very friendly. This is a fast food grill bar. Hamburger, fries, club sandwich and much more...
Ordered the fish sandwich with fries and it was very good. Nice tender brioche bun and fish and fries were fried up just right. Wife ordered the 25 cent wings. Great price and they were tasty. Ordered 10 wings and ate 6, we simply got filled up with food and couldn't eat them all. We asked for a small to-go box and was told we could not take the wings to go. I understand the wings are super cheap and I agree with their policy of not allowing to-go orders of the wings. However, we ordered the entire lunch and sat down and ate. This was not a to-go order, it was dine in. My wife just couldn't eat all 10 wings. I wrapped the wings in waxed paper, left a nice tip and departed. Probably won't be back. I felt like a 2nd class citizen paying for my food and denied a to-go container when I dined in.

We went for the chicken wings on Thursday. 5 until 9Ings were excellent only 25 cents each.
