I had the shrimp plate with Summer vegetables and a salad and it was very good. I did not take any pictures to show you my food but it was good. The bartender and the server are very nice too.

I booked with Zia Vacation Rentals. Boardwalk 1805. The pictures and reviews for this unit looked great. I was very excited for my vacation. After paying upfront and starting to sign the agreements I began to notice many typos in them which began my worrying. I stayed optimistic and excused the worry with the typos being due to it being a smaller rental company. When I first arrived at the property there were no luggage carts in sight so we carried our luggage and had to make 2 trips. The first time I went into the unit I noticed a strange odor. After getting settled I had many complaints. My first complaint was that the unit was not very clean. The refrigerator was soaked with condensation and I had to dry it out before I could use it (after the first day I noticed the temperature was as low as it could go), there was some type of food left in the garbage disposal, and some cabinets looked in need of repair. All the chairs on the balcony were ripped on the edges! The curtain over the sliding glass door had a huge brown stain and many rips in the back side of it. The chairs at the bar were missing nuts on the ends of bolts (I realized this after bumping into one and then discovered it was all of them) they could also use some of the slide pads on the legs because the nose when moving them is unbearable! Lights above the bar did not work and one did not even have a bulb in it! There was a smoke alarm hanging off the wall by its wires in the hallway. The bathroom didn't get any better. The hand towel rack was barely holding on the wall, there was rust around the fixtures above the mirror, not to mention the lights were totally different colors, the shower curtain barely met the top of the tub, the poor patching of holes from a previous towel rack, and a very dirty damaged baseboard. The headboard of the bed in the bedroom is actually on a picture that must have been placed there with the previous furniture and all of the beds were very uncomfortable. There was also stains on the comforter of 1 bed. I did also see a baby roach run across the floor after being there for 2 or 3 days but luckily never seen any of his friends. I have pictures of all of the above claims and will also post this review to other sites with the pictures. I hate for people to spend this kind of money and not get what they paid for. As far as the facility itself it was in need of a good cleaning as well! The ground floor where you access pools and the beach reaked of trash and I literally had to hold my nose. Sprinklers on the splash pad were half functional, no one cleaned the beach showers the entire time I was there, it was 2 days before they cleaned the sand from the pool and hottubs, and the pretty fountains you see are non functional. Save your money on this one. Choose somewhere else!
Location was perfect, beds were only full size,the pillows were awful. The towels smelled awful, the tub wouldn't drain, no exhaust fan in bathroom you would sweat trying to use the bathroom. It's an older hotel, but priced like a 5 star.I wouldn't stay there again.
We checked into the boardwalk condo on the first day of our honeymoon and had dinner on the patio right outside of the bar. Michael took great care of us and the food was awesome!

Huge condo, 3 full bedrooms, 2 king beds 1 queen. Hard as a rock. Plus a bunk room. The view and very large balcony was amazing. Had to use both hands and a lot of muscle to open the balcony doors. Kitchen is modestly equipped. No carpet. Picture on site is old. Couch was dirty but comfy. All in all it was great, hard to not love coffee on the balcony with that view.
Great view of the water and the pool. Very relaxing with good music.
