Second time coming here and again bad experience. Smoothie was good but took ages to come out, everyone is just chatting in the back and forgetting what has been ordered. I’m waiting 15 mins + for a smoothie. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I won’t be coming back either. I love this store at my hometown but do not recommend the one at Panama City Beach. Get better employees ? Giving 2 stars because smoothies taste good
Great smoothies. I love them and the people there are so friendly.
Regular and local. 2-3x weekly around lunch. First time craving for dinner time and although food was still good, service was atrocious. Will not be visiting during the night shift again.
Love there smoothies. Hate when you pay they ask for tips. Slow service no tips.

Lady with glass at register with an attitude the whole time. I couldn’t even ask for my items that I was messing with my food because she kept rolling her eyes. Also keep walking to the back of the restaurant and talking about the customers like if we could not hear her. But over all good was good but bad service!!!!
Placed an online order on my way in to the beach at 12:06. Said pick up time 12:21. I arrive at said time and waited over 10 minutes. So I asked to cancel my order and refund it. Turns out my smoothies were made and left in the back instead of being placed at the pick up to melt. Trying to call store directly for refund as their screw up caused me to be late for work but no one is answering the phone. Worst store ever will not be ordering from them again.
Definitely do not recommend this place. They allowed my order to sit in the back and melt when I've already paid for it online. Ask for refund no one wants to do that. Told to talk to store I ordered from but no one answers phone. I walked out and left order sitting there. Won't order from here again.
I have come here at least 4 times a week for 6 months. Service was always exceptional and the staff all knew me by name. Today I walk in to all new staff and an upgraded system. My prices went up for the same thing I order daily. Then my flat bread sandwich wasn't cut so I asked them to cut it because it is easier to eat that way. Was then informed by what I assume is the new owner that it isn't meant to be cut... Ok but I want it cut... Take my customer feedback and do with it what you want. Staff no longer fun and friendly just dry and slow.Time to find a new regular spot.
Incompetent employees. Told me after I ordered and paid that they were out of regular size cups. Slow service and lack of ability to do simple task.
