The Barbeque Chicken was great, And The Miller Lite was cold
Prompt service , friendly staff , good tea
A little below average for Texas Roadhouse. Menu items are more expensive, but we are at the beach so I get it. The rolls are not as good here either. I arrived around 5pm, it wasn't crowded and food arrived fairly quick but some of it was mixed and a few items missing that had to be corrected. Service was slow getting refills, and waitress was not very friendly. I was disappointed that with a party of 6 or more they add 15% gratuity automatically. I wasn't aware of this. This lead to around $10 tip that wasn't deserved. On a brighter note, the manager was awesome, he was going from table to table asking if everyone was satisfied or needed anything. I love Roadhouse, just not this location. Will not return here. If you do visit this location, plan on spending $35-$45 for 2 people.
I want to give a shout out & Thank You to Texas Roadhouse
I’m in Panama City with my girls for a Spring Break vacation. I really wanted to eat at places we don’t get to back home. However, the wait times to get into every single restaurant at Pier Park(or anywhere around the beach)was extremely long. I’m talking 2-3 hours and they don’t do reservations. It has been a nightmare trying to get in anywhere. So, my girls favorite restaurant is Texas Roadhouse and they were thrilled when I said we’d go there instead.Once we arrived it was around a 30-40 min wait and that’s doable! They were packed but got us in quickly. Our server was the best! Very personable. Super sweet girl. My 11 year old daughter said, “She’s the best server we’ve ever had!” I can’t recall her name though. Our food was brought out quickly. It was piping hot and delicious! I suggest the Filet Medallions. It was melt in your mouth amazing!I told my server I was impressed with our entire experience at Texas Roadhouse and how the owner came out to speak to us. She told me how great the owner is and how everyone wants to work for him because he’s such a good boss. She said Texas Roadhouse is the only restaurant around that is fully staffed. That says a lot considering there’s a huge employment problem in America right now. Everywhere I go they are understaffed. There were other employees we encountered and they were all very friendly as well. The environment was great because all the employees seemed happy and had good attitudes. They were very attentive to us also but not overly. We have been to several restaurants during our stay here at Panama City but Texas Roadhouse truly has them beat by a mile in every aspect. Tonight, our last night here, before I’ll wait hours on mediocre food and service, I’ll just go to Texas Roadhouse!
Went here for my birthday dinner on March 17th I was so so depressed before I went here and are Waiter just took it all away. He made it the best birthday ever. He was kinda of goofy but that just made the service better. Thank you for the service. I didn't catch your name. But thank you for helping me celebrate my 15th birthday. Other than that the food was delicious
The service was excellent! The food was great! I love their yeast rolls. We really had a good time!
Good food, good service. The floor use to be full of peanuts before Covid, now its nice and clean. My wife loved the frozen margarita. The steak was cooked well but could have been better seasoned. I had the Salmon Ceaser Salad. The Salmon was well seasoned but the salad had waaaaay to much dressing. Draft beer was tasty, we had a good time.
In the whole city, these are the most delicious steaks, I have been to absolutely all steak houses in our city, but this one is the best. There are also very delicious cocktails. Food are always fresh, even house salad is always crispy and fresh
Just left Texas Road. We had steak and blackend shrimp. Food was wonderful. Service , as always, was outstanding. My husband is a veteran of 28 yrs and they give 30% off to military on Mondays. Wahoo!
