Ordered a number 12 which here is a crunch wrap combo. They ask what would you like to drink a coffee please. "We are currently out of coffee at the moment" But it's 8 AM are you sold out no we just don't know how to make it.? OK Dr Pepper then. May I get 2 packs of picante sauce. We don't have any picante sauce but we have salsa!!?? OK I'll take the salsa then love this place!!
Line was extremely long in drive thru so we decided to go in. There were two other already inside. We ordered at 4:40pm. 6 others came in behind us. Here it is 5pm we are still waiting on our order. Girl at the cash register is on her personal cell phone standing around, putting her hands on her head, scratching her head, picking at her nose ring. Now it’s 5:10pm and we just got our order which was 2 loco tacos and 2 supreme loco tacos and 1 drink. The supreme wasn’t supreme but I am not going back in there to wait another 30mins for 2 tacos. Need more training in customer service.
Bad service and bad preparation of food. Cold unmelted cheese on cold meat. I paid for steak and got beef and also waited 30 minutes because not one out of all the people working told me they were out of steak the head cook i would say was rude and had an attitude towards everyone. Then to top it off the delivery truck blocked on of the entrances and blocked people from backing out of parking spots and blocked the handicap parking so he can unload right into the building. That’s not cool that’s being pure lazy. Tighten up, get corporate down to fix the problems, it’s been bad for over a year now and it’s getting worse.
Placed order. Sat in line 20 minutes. Raynette took $. Did not give me my change. Order was wrong. Raynette Ignored me. Refused to look at me, or my food. I was overcharged.If you place an order, and choose to spend your hard earned money. You should get what you pay for. Raynette refused to acknowledge my existence!
Saturday April 2nd ate a burrito and taco, meat tasted weird but hubby was starving so he scarfed it down assuming (trusting) everything was fine. Got home and his stomach was sour. Ignoring the symptoms went to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night with violent vomiting. Stayed in bed sick the whole next day. Just putting this out there in case others had the same effects.
Another customer stole my order and the team was awesome. They stepped up and remade my order despite being overly busy and overwhelmed.
Wow! Impressive work to say the least. As a full time doordasher, I have gotten a chance to be around many well thought of establishments, and this one has to be up there with the best. I just wanted a small meal so I treated myself to a number 2, and dare I say it was one of the best meals I have ever had! Unfortunately, I am from out of town but that will not stop me from returning to this location in the future. Me and my fam were certainly impressed.
Just 2 nights ago...I was on the commode literally all night cuz I ran for the border.... Then I got to run to the potty ALL NIGHT. I've had several of my friends tell me they got food poisoning at this location, like I got sick, specifically at this Taco Bell ..
Look, I dont blame the staff, they seem cool and freindly so I won't give 1 star. I had to return hard shell tacos due to the weird bleach taste. I Googled this, and apparrantly Im not the first, I wrote Taco Bell about this and got some free coupons. Why would I want free tacos that remind me of bleach? Anyway, I love me some Taco Bell but this experienece may have turned me off for life.
I've been here 20 years. The staff at our Taco Bell is literally brain dead teens. They can't get a single order right. Cook your own Tacos!
