The workers ignored the customers on the counter and just serviced the drive thru only. You had no choice to use the kiosk to place the order. Which is fine but they let me and others wait and never once told us the registers were closed and it was kiosk only orders. Literally had a worker walk by me and three other customers and didn't say nothing. Workers should be retrained on customer service and some communication skills. To be fair I did get my four tacos very fast which is why I'm giving 3 stars.
Aight what's wrong? This taco bell used to be better than the other 2 on the beach! We went through the drive thru and after we left realized they forgot 2 of our items. Went back up there and got the items. Problem is they weren't even busy to be that forgetful. It was all sloppily put together and cold before we even left the first time.
Horrible Experience, Unprofessional Manager and StaffI would not recommend anyone to visit this Taco bell. The Manager was so rude and arrogant to talk as if she owns the place and i am the one at fault. I am not going back to this place ever again.
This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. They consistently forget items on your order and then act like it is your fault. Tonight my family and I went through the drive through and realized we were missing items. We gave the store a call and asked if we could get a refund for the 2 missing items. I was told I could bring ALL of the food back to the store and then they would give me the missing items even though I explained the rest would be cold by then. They said that’s the only solution they could offer and we would just have to deal with the rest of my family’s food going cold. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there isn’t one to speak to because they’re on vacation. I could also hear them complaining about me asking to speak to the manager in the background. I asked again and they once more told me that there are no managers, they’re on vacation. I would recommend everyone drive further to another location to make sure you get what you pay for.
I used to come here almost everyday. Almost everyday there is an issue. I will wait in the drive-thru after 8am for them to finally say something after about 5 minutes or me sitting there. They always open late when there start time is an hour after the other Taco Bell’s in this area. I would suggest going to another Taco Bell to get your food. Today I sat at the drive-thru for 5 minutes for them to tell me they wouldn’t be open for another 30 minutes or longer. Just go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle
Hubby and I were staying at the Edgewater Beachview Villas for the first time. We arrived kinda of late and were super stoked to see the bright lights of Taco Bell. It is right across the street in the Shoppes at Edgewater. Anyway, we were greeted by a smiling staff member that gave us our piping hot food. We jetted back across the street and had tacos, burrito supremes, and chalupas on our fancy Captain's Quarters (unit 3103) table. We're going make this a tradition!
Excellent service and super clean! They keep improving every time we visit. They've become quite attentive to orders and giving suggestions.
They have some amazing people working there..I know (3) people that would help anybody in need.., Jaye,Anthony,and Faith..so if anyone wants to good hit food made when order is took go eat at this Taco Bell
Ordered a taco with a side of refried beans, but I received something inedible and smells horrid. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs!
Small clean fast service..best taco bell I've ever been at..not much for parking you may have to walk from lot in strip mall behind taco hell I mean bell..lol....Blocks from beach across from a great pizza place or this strip mall has CI CIs pizza buffet....
