The first time I've been to a taco bell in a long time. The food always made me sick and the service was horrible. This location however gave my fiance and I great service, super fast and respectful. We ordered a large amount of food and not only was all correct but even the tiny details were met. For the first time since I was a kid I can actually say I love taco bell again
Staffing issues as usual. Most of the staff too busy on their phones and playing around to help customers. Huge turnover impacting food and service.Getting out of parking lot can be miserable depending on highway traffic. May need to use side street exit and wait at the light.Homeless people frequent the location and often sleep under the trees.
Had to go through the drive thru 3 times before being acknowledged. We were the only ones there and it took 10 minutes for food. The order was completely wrong. When I called about the order being incorrect she told me that I was wrong and thats how the order comes. So the bacon, egg, and cheese burritos come with just tomatoes and eggs now ?
It's the Taco Bell. If you've been to a good one this is a good one. Staff is friendly and attentive. Drive-thru is easy to get into and out of. I like the fact that this location is easy to access. It's right off of Main Road and it has a traffic light right next to it.
Just left this location and I'm not pleased. Ordered a soft shell party pack and 2 chicken casos. Well the casos were burnt and the shells for the party pack were cold, fridge cold.The reason for the 3 stars is bc the worker at the window was doing the work of 3 ppl but had a smile on her face, was polite, didnt show any attitude, etc. And sometimes that is hard.

We ordered 6 Dorito tacos , 2 drinks and a nachos bell grande so I don't know why it took So long. We didn't complain or say anything however my grandson was with us & he was starting to feel sick wirh a fever so it was frustrating of why it took so long.

I have ordered well over $800 worth of food from this taco bell in the last 6 months, yeah, wierd, I know but I do it for the rewards points so I can get some free meals when I'm tight on budget, I went and ordered something with those points and the app accidentally sent it to the other store, no big deal, nothing they couldn't fix. But no, they said all I could do is cancel the order, which I CANNOT DO ON THE APP, and order again WHICH I ALSO CANT DO BECAUSE THE POINTS DONT TRANSFER. They would not help me out and the app does not give any solutions, they can be nice people sometimes, but it also takes 5 MINUTES TO GET A CUP FOR YOUR DRINK, AND 10 MINUTES TO GET THE SMALLEST OF ITEMS, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL!
Really not impressed with this location. They got my order incorrect, it was supposed to be a combo with a Chipotle chicken burrito and a soft taco added on. System is having issues so I am told to pull forward and I'll get my total there. No biggie. Get to the window pay, price seems off but I'm out of state so maybe it's right. Wrong. They have a grilled cheese burrito added on no soft taco. So I tell them that we didn't order this and tell them what we did order.The girl working the drive thru says "okay I'll comp the burrito you just have to pay for the soft taco" mind you the burrito we didn't want but got charged for is $2.99. What we wanted was $1.39 and $2.00. She couldn't get her head around the math and that If I owed anything it was 39 cents. Finally she decided we weren't budging and decided to do what a proper business does when they make a mistake and fix it without trying to make the customer pay more.After all that the food was cold and they gave us the wrong sauce. Do yourself a favor and hit up a different location. Would be 0 stars if it was an option.
Outrageously loud and horrible music. I have been in nightclubs that use lower volume. Grabbed my food and ate in the parking lot.
