Walked in to order and worker told me he wasnt going to serve me because i tied my shoe in the chair. No one was in the entire restaurant. Im not sure what his issue was but that was blatant racism and i dont understand. If he was having a bad day i hate to punish entire franchise.
Came here tonight 12/31/2021 at 9:25pm and asked for a salad. The manager (foreigner male) spoke in his foreign language to his female employee and told her they didn’t have salad. Then she told me that. I said “how do you not have salad when there is literally lettuce and spinach?” They just both stared at me. I walked out. Picture is showing there is clearly lettuce on their bar. I understand if they were out of salad bowls, but they could have said that instead of saying they was out of salad. Clearly they wasn’t out of salad.

It’s sad when you can Not order your food and you get burned bread and you food was not toasted but your bread is burned !! Don’t tell me it was an accident because there’s no way to do it unless you did it on purpose .. if anyone has the sense say away from this subway there is other and better subways on the beach!!
Good food for a good price.
I ordered my sandwichs and got to the register forgot my wallet in the car and ran out to get it while he bagged them up. I came back into pay for them and went home. i got home and pulled them out the bag 1 didnt have a wrapper on it and everything in the sandwich was now in the bag
Staff is efficient friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is well kept and comfortable.
The people are friendly and service s fast.
1 poor man working that counter in Panama City Beach in July. Shame on subway for allowing that to happen. Came in had one person in front of me so I wasn't there long and the guy working there must have nerves of steel. He was friendly and helpful and didn't seem to be rattled at all by the 12 people that steadily piled into line behind me. I hope you guys pay that guy a good Salary because he definitely deserves every penny he makes. I know nobody wants to work but dang one person running a whole restaurant is just insane. Keep that guy at all cost
