Worst Starbucks I have ever been in my life, the coffee was watery, coffee from the gas station would have been better. Customer service was even worse, we got there 15 min before closing and they didn’t want to take my order, the place was empty and they said they just don’t have time since they close in 15 min. I wish I could rate this place with 0.
This Starbucks is very unprofessional. They do not make their drinks according to Starbucks corporate franchise protocol. So if you were expecting Starbucks please go to the other one that is right up the road it has to be better. The service was terrible. The tall skinny worker with a lisp behind the counter was extremely rude and confrontational while he was training a new employee oh, so we can look forward to more of this same branding experience that they have to offer. Very sorry for the Starbucks franchise they do not deserve to have this place be called a Starbucks.
Always love Starbucks. Just hate we they have only one person taking orders and making them. But understandable because it was inside another store, Target. Good customer service.
I mean I almost always have a 5-star experience at Starbucks but bring back the raspberry syrup and the Coconut Mocha!!! I have no idea why you would take that off the menu. I went to get my Raspberry Latte all the time. Nothing else is as good but a long shot! I used to come get the Coconut Mocha all the time in the summer too. Huge disappointment
We've been twice and the same gal took our orders both times. She is super friendly. A great customer service interaction is always pleasant during a busy time! We love to grab a quick coffee and walk the park.

Out of all the Starbucks on PCB , the staff at this one is by far the sweetest. I've lived here for 22 years and all too often the hustle and bustle of a busy tourist town adds to poor customer service unfortunately. There are some amazing places here, this happens to be a franchise favorite for me ?
I specifically asked for my Grande Americano half way full so my coffee stays strong and rich. They remade it twice but the coffee tasted like water both times. From the surface top on the drink it should be clear if it is made right.
Visiting this store always makes me happy. The vibe is friendly and the baristas go out of their way to make you feel valued. Richard has always gone above and beyond to make sure my drink is perfect and to my liking. He is always courteous and helpful in serving me. Thank you to the entire staff for making this store an awesome place to visit while at the beach!
Very rude I put in a mobile order from two drinks and a roll , I walked in and asked for my order which they handed to me I then asked for a straw in which they ignored me so I stood there for a minute. Finally he asked if I need anything else and I asked for a straw again and I said yes I just need one and someone in the back yelled there’s a shortage of straws at me and my girlfriend. And the guy was making a fuss about giving me the straw. Like really? If there’s a shortage of straws I’m sorry? It’s not my fault. These people need to get their priorities straight what happened to the amazing Starbucks customer service. I come there before work every morning . Get your employees in check. I’m not coming back to this Starbucks I’ll go to the other sight. Bye.
