We only got the diet cherry limeade which was like all the other sonics but they didn't put any cherries in it!!! In either drink. Usually they put in 5 or more. This time, none!!! Pretty lame. Also the drive thru was very slow. Had to wait for 2 big orders to be done. Should have made them go to the side and let all the people who wanted drinks only (the majority of the people in front of us) to get in and out faster.
I ordered $37 worth of food from here memorial day weekend. I gave the guy $26 in cash and charge my card for the rest. CoolWoke up nxt day looked at my account he charged my card $37 and kept my cash.Hire people that's trustworthy!!
Still waiting on my refund from March 10th when they didn't even bring our order out after it was ready. They said they would remake it after about 35-40 minutes and when they finally brought it out it was not what we ordered so we asked for a refund to our credit card. My wife called corporate right away and they were as useless as the store personnel! If I could give zero stars it would be to many!
Good stop for drinks. Ordered in the app. Car hop checked on us as he went past to see if we needed anything even before we had ordered. Prompt, friendly service.
Always something wrong. Needs retrained, the entire staff. I've worked at Sonic and what was asked really isn't hard. My slush had half the syrup and was not mixed at all, husband had no syrup just slush. Kept the food to just mozerella sticks and jalapeno poppers as we have came several times and food is never made correctly. Just life tip, if you do it correctly the first time you won't have to do it a second time.
Every time I went, there was consistent problems. The first time was just extremely slow service along with the wrong order. The second and third time they just didn’t put any ice in my drinks. The fourth and final time, the receipt read an order I did not purchase so I went to check my bank account and it was actually a completely different order than my order AND the order on the receipt. They somehow charged me $30 for a single sandwich. Please don’t waste your time here. The workers are awful and WILL mess something up.
We thought we were getting lucky bc there was only one car in front of us in the drive thru but we still waited almost 30 minutes for our food, they would have forgotten one of only two sandwiches if we hadn't asked for it, and my order wasn't correct either.
Honestly worst place would never recommend anyone coming to this sonic. They kept my change luckily it was under .50 cents. My burger was cold. The bun was almost frozen. I’m never the type to put a review but this is the worst place to eat at. If you want to go to sonic go to a different location don’t come to this one.

When we first arrived at we parked at a stall where they asked us to pull around to the drive through. Once in the drive thru we ordered. We pulled around and the attendees did not come to the window to collect our payment for about 10 minutes. When we got our order we were charged for #11 combo that we did not order. We also received our drinks with stuff all over the cup. We also ordered an medium Oreo shake where the cup was only halfway filled with ice cream. They forgot my picante sauce after I specifically asked if it was in the bag. It was not in the bag. I think the sonic is understaffed and most likely underpaid and if they treated their employees better I bet the service would probably be better.
