Still waiting after placing our order 40 minutes ago. We ordered in advance on the app for ASAP pickup and were told on the stall screen that our order was on its way. NOPE! If we had not already paid, we would have left 20 minutes ago. Terrible service! ? Update: Order took 55 minutes to receive. The kid running the operation was working extremely hard, apologetic, but totally overwhelmed. It’s obviously not the employee’s fault. Someone or something set this place up for failure. Sad and shame on management… ?
Good service only thing is not if does not work right in drive thru the order could not understand the order had to repeat 3 times and even spell
This is the Sonic I am closest to so it’s the one that gets my business. More often than not I am greeted by a lady named Candice. She is the sweetest! Always has a really upbeat attitude and the willingness to get things done the first time around! Anytime I’ve ever come across her I have never been given bad service. One of the strongest links of the team for sure! If you get the pleasure of her quality service then it’s an experience you’ll surely remember!

Got my 2 orders very quickly! Staff was great and the food was nice and fresh!
It was decent for a drive in. The service was a little off for not being very busy. The girl who took my order disappeared and another guy came buy to ask if I was waiting for something. The chicken was hot and fresh. The fries were luke warm. It was about what I expected.

Compared to Oklahoma Sonics, these here are Pitiful. Food is never made the same. Quality is not there. Never have onion rings but they wont tell you that when you order the bacon burger that should come with an onion ring on it. Why are they using sweet pickles? It ruins the burger. Old lettuce. They should be embarrassed to serve the food they serve. Just under 20.00 for 2 burgers and 2 fries, no drinks. Then stuck with food you know should be better tasting!
The food sucks. I've tried it numerous times. I share the city block with this Sonic. I quit going. Their grease isn't hot enough or something. Or not fresh grease. I do NOT recommend
It was so windy that day they couldn't hear our order so he came out to my car and took it! Great customer service!
