Ordered a smoothie on the app and went in to pick it up. The young lady was helping some customers at the register, and a young man with his son came in for a smoothie as well. The lady was rude to me when she finally asked me if I needed anything and when I mentioned that I was there to pick up my smoothie, she had an attitude about how I should have mentioned something. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to interrupt when you are helping someone, but don't be rude when you finally see that the order on a blender container.... another employee was working on a hydraulic hinge for door, and a third was sitting behind the counter presumably on her break.
Lady was rude and acted like me getting my son a $9 smoothie was ridiculous ? as well as she was super rude to another customer 02/13/22 at 1:03 pm
Smoothie king never fails to satisfy me and my family. They are so friendly and the stores always look clean.

I came in at about 5-6pm today and this place was not great! Let me explain, I walked in and there was a little girl screaming extremely loud. I own a business myself and find this unprofessional in a work place. The smoothie was good but super over priced. There is a “top seller list” which is basically a scam to get you to add extras into your drink by making you think they are already added. Will not be returning to this area no time soon. The only good thing about this place was the younger lady who took my order was nice and had a conversation with me while making my drink.
Came in and wanted to order. Two young ladies were working on someone's order and asked what we would like. We went where it said under the ORDER sign and told her what we would like and she said in a rude manner that we needed to go to the other end. Mind you the other end said PICK UP. We were confused since we were in the order line. She started to mumble under her breath to her coworker. Completely disrespectful and rude. We ended up walking out not even ordering. I work in costumer service for years and never would act so disrespectful to my clients. You are in a tourist destination. Hopefully someone does something about this.
We ordered almost $40 worth of smoothies. My three year old son dropped his smoothie right at the door. We asked if she would be so kind to top it off, since half of the smoothie had spilled all over the ground right at their entrance. Employee said she would need me to pay for a whole new medium smoothie. He's three years old, upset & hadn't even took one sip off of it yet. Disappointed in the lack of empathy...not spending my money at this location in the future.

We really like coming here and wish we had one closer to home. If you are looking for a meal replacement, or just something to cool you down on a hot day. This is a great option when you are at Pier Park.
