The lobster bisque is a MUST! Service is wonderful. Don’t sleep on this restaurant! We are local and it is our favorite.

We were back in PCB this past weekend and I have to say its a must do place to eat!! The food is so delicious and don’t forget the lobster bisque!! It is the absolute best anywhere hands down!!! I wish Saltwater Grill was here in Texas!!!

It was amazing !! Very fast service, and excellent service.

First time customer, went for a 13yr old birthday around 7p was a 30-45min wait for a party of 11 people . Parking was not a problem. You are able to get drinks and appetizers while you wait. Once in they have a hugh fish tank when you walk in we were seated away from the live music which was to the right when walking in but we can still hear the music from the other side which was great! The waitress Kristin was great! Everyone was happy with their meal. There is gratuity of 20%, $6 I believe split check fee. But I would recommend this restaurant and will be back if ever in Panama City Beach again.

Best meal of the week! ?Fantastic creole ribeye and lobster bisque. The bread pudding was delish! ? And thank you Christina for excellent service! ?

We went to Saltwater in June 2022 for a romantic anniversary dinner. The food is fabulous, and we've dined at world class restaurants in the US and overseas. The lobster bisque was the best I've ever had, calamari was good, Caesar was very good, filets were perfection. creme brulet was top notch. Coffee was cold, and I was told it was just brewed....no it wasn't. Food aside, attention to detail could have really elevated the experience. Instead of being automatically being given bread, we had to ask and wait, and it was not a busy night. Our bartender was so great, drinks were strong, but the outdoor bar area was strew with plant junk-with no less than four hostesses just standing around chatting, you'd think one of them could get a broom and make it look tidy. It was grubby when a tiny bit of work would have made it lovely. Our table was in a little side room, right next to a bus station, too close to other tables, terrible location. I did request to be moved to a quieter and more intimate table, but was refused. It's first come, first serve, so be SURE to request main room with a view of the huge aquarium which is gorgeous. We heard everyone's conversations around us -too close! Very uneven experience, the restaurant wanted to be fine dining, and was in terms of food, but the atmosphere was tacky.....no dress code, so you had really nicely dressed people next to tatted up ripped jeans or bathing suits with a cover up, and kids with tablets and iPhones out the entire time. If you're looking for elegant, refined, adult, anniversary or special date; this is not the place. If you're looking to sit at the bar, have some great post beach drinks and apps with friends-you'll love it.

Came here for my anniversary dinner. Overall it was good. Got seated pretty quickly (20min). But didn’t have anyone check in on it’s for 5-10 minutes after we sat down. After that everything else went well. The food was good and flavorful. The firecracker shrimp was a little spicier than expected. The prime rib was great and dessert was good as well. The giant fish tank was a great centerpiece and helped add to the atmosphere. They also added a chocolate covered strawberry for our anniversary.

PCB is filled with mediocre food and restaurants… but this spot is NOT that.We had such a great experience here on Mother’s Day. Service was phenomenal. Everything we ordered tasted so delicious. Came out pretty quick too! I’d come here again and again.

My husband and I were looking forward to dining here based on good reviews we found online but we were disappointed. We both felt the food was average as was the experience. For entrees we ordered the grouper and crab cakes, and they were on the bland side. However, the crème brûlée we had for dessert was very good. The total bill with tip was ~$170. We felt it was pricey for what we received.

Everything about Saltwater Grill was a breath of fresh air after several days of overpriced, subpar beach restaurants. The service was perfect, as was our food. Our party ordered crab cakes, served with a piccata type lemon caper sauce, Steak au poivre, and grouper imperial. All 3 dishes were prepared immaculately, with perfect accompaniments. Portions were generous enough that none of us were able to take advantage of what sounded like delectable desserts. If you are in PCB and are looking for a high quality casual upscale dinner spot, Saltwater Grill is a must.
