It is very pricey, however you are paying for convenience. Drinks are great and the chicken fingers and nachos and burgers were good. It does take a while for the food but it is worth it.
It's 5:30 and they don't have anyone working. Bad management? No sign no info....supposed to be open 24 hours
This was our first time staying at Splash. We stayed in 607W. Condo was very roomy and we all loved it. My 3 yr. old granddaughter loved the splash pad! We will definitely be back. Even for a Labor Day weekend it was not overly crowded.
We loved this place - very clean - beach access very easy - we had complimentary beach loungers/umbrellas - everyone very courteous. King size bed very comfortable. Full kitchen. Our host was very helpful - we were on the 1st level, which made our patio perfect view of beach. We stayed at 104E. If you have little ones, they have a great indoor/outdoor water slide area and floating river. They would love it! Thank you for a great getaway!
We had an amazing time ..The unit was amazing (1407W) but we wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO Ms.Dawna at the front cking desk!! She was so helpful and soo helpful !! We had a FANTASTIC time at The Lodge Eureka Springs this weekend! Our host was happy to see us, had a smile, was genuinely happy to help us. Our family w/ 2 kids had a great time at the pool and our great 2 queen bedroom room. Our host was happy to answer all questions, give restaurant suggestions and help us with area questions too. Thank you!!!! The beds are comfy, great A/C, fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room :) just the perfect secluded off the main highway that we needed! Cant hear any noise through the walls. I know we had neighbors but couldn't hear them at all. Everyone there was so nice! Thank you!!!
1401 W the furniture is so dirty in the living room we had to put sheets over all of it to even feel a little better about sitting on it.. the unit has very nice views but the owners need to update furniture bad The unit also has mold in the bathroom The splash it’s self has a lot to do for kids Iv stayed in much cleaner for a lot less money
1206W. This is our second time here and it was alot of fun. We had one encounter that was a bummer but it wasn't with a Splash person. We chose beach chairs on the west end and a lame dude was upset that we were in "his" side where he puts jet skis. He put his cones within a foot of the chairs. When he was setting up, he drove really close to my kids and had a bad demeanor overall and kept trying to justify himself after we decided to move to the other end. I say this to help others not sit close to the jet ski end. Splash is fun for the kids, it's clean, and the water park is great! Incase anyone has doubt because of the elevators, there is 21 floors of course it will take a while to get to you wherever you are. Especially when most people are going to the beach at the same time.
Fantastic we enjoyed the pools, water park, and the lazy river. Unit 501 is absolutely amazing! Plenty of fun old or young! The lady in the gift shop is the best! I can’t say enough about this resort!
I just wanted to say how much we love coming here! It’s very family oriented. There’s a lady up front with dark hair that has been here a long time that greets us at the desk everytime we check in and we love her! Everyone is pretty nice here as well! Everyone that comes through here is nice actually! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ It’s always clean too! There’s a cleaning lady is super nice here as well and she always says hey to the kids!! We love it here!
