7 minutes we stood at the hostess station. Never once were we waved at, smiled at, nor acknowledged by a single staff member. There were customers sat, but it was not even close to ‘busy’. A simple wave or smile would’ve made a difference. But we ended up going to Olive Garden. No wait, and from walking in the door to ordering our food - took less than 5 minutes.
This place is no different than many other current restaurants in dealing with staffing issues. What that meant for our visit.....long wait time to be seated, no refill of drinks without asking, underwhelming service overall. The food itself was slow to arrive, but really good. All of the burgers are worth a try....and endless fries!! Plan on spending $25-$35 for 2 people.
Family had never been to a Red Robin, so we drove to the nearest one. We ordered burgers and the brisquit chips. All of the food was very good. We were seated fairly quickly and the service was great. You could tell they are slightly understaffed and they were doing the best they could.

Like Red Robins! The greeter was awesome! Loved her spirit which made the experiences good. I think we had a new person and we had a 8 people party and she may have had other customers as well. She was very nice and friendly. The food was good!
great service, food was great, we had michael as our waiter and he was great; he was kind and friendly and overall was great. the food didn’t take long and it tasted great. would recommend and would come back again
They offer delivery through their website, and everything processes through their website, but then THEY pass it to Uber and take no responsibility afterwards. We ordered and after our estimated delivery time getting pushed an hour, we called Red Robin and they said it’s not them, it’s Uber, who we had no interaction with. And then the lady on the phone hung up on us. I normally like Red Robin, but being treated like this warrants a one star review. I hope they read this and others do too.
Hostess wasn't very pleasant and waitress took forever to even come over to our table. We order drinks and an appetizer, she brought our drinks and then went MIA meanwhile our appetizers sat in the window and then someone else brought our app....(note the entire time we have yet to receive a plate much less and napkin or silverware. When we ordered she stood there like (she would have rather been In a snow storm then be standing there taking our order (all we ordered were 2 burger and 2 fries and an onion ring appetizer.....) so service needs some serious help but the cook was pretty amazing..food was fresh hot and flavorful
Our Servers and Host were wonderful. very couteoys..made sure we were OK many times throughout the meal. we were visiting family and felt at ease. great food
Pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning. Less than 12 hours after eating here, I can't even hold down water. They gave away free appetizers and apologized for the delay (which was about 2 hours total visit), saying there was a problem with some machine in the back. Several people sent their dishes back. Maybe the people cooking the food tried to make sure those repeat dishes got the "special treatment" and one of those found their way to my table instead. Maybe the broken machine in the back is the one that makes food hot enough to kill germs. Either way, I will never go back. Not worth the risk.
