Nostalgic Country Beach Bar ?.Casual beach vibe with country music and multiple tvs and outdoor seating. A solid verity of beer and food choices. We recommend the grouper sandwich and the deep diver red on draft. Bring a patch to add to the wall and represent your hometown pride. Cheers!
This was an excellent local bar. We came with some local folks and had a great time. They highly recommended the food but we had just eaten but I must say the BEER WAS THE COLDEST in a while.
This place is legit… reminds me of my favorite bar back home. Great beer and the food is awesome. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.
Great food and friendly people1 We ate here while staying at Panama City Beach RV Resort. The live band was good.
When we travel, we stay away from the big name places if we can to try and help out local folks. So we research to see where the locals like to go. This place did NOT disappoint. Great and friendly service, quick and attentive!First off, if you love amber ale, the house ale is $2 a pint and it ROCKS!Another kust try are the cheese curds. They are good, but the star is the southwest ranch. Holy monkey it's amazing. Then we had burgers since they are award winning 5 years in a row. I had the hell n back and my wife had a regular burger. Cooked exactly as we asked and full of flavor. The fries are perfectly cooked and taste great! You must try this place!
Patches is family friendly and for the most part it is until later in the night then I would say it is boarder-line family friendly. They are known for their beer and mixed drinks so don’t expect to get a good Sprite or Coke. The food was actually good. I ordered the Build Your Own Burger - Triple Hitter and I enjoyed it while my wife also enjoyed the Chicken Cheese Quesadilla. Patches was not the cleanest of places and lacked in that area a bit. The service was horrible and the reason for my 3 stars. We waited 45 minutes for our food after being waited on. We may order to-go from here but not sure we will be back to dine in.
Nice outdoor area, and they have live music to boot. Kids had the kid quesadilla, which they liked. Nice and crispy fries. I had the Ruben sandwich which has nice, thick pieces of corned beef instead of deli-sliced which I enjoyed. The baked beans had plenty of pulled pork added. The cole slaw was too spicy for my wife, but I enjoyed it! Would come back again.
My family was down from Illinois for the week so I, from Blountstown, joined them on their vacation as I do every year. This year we decided to try something we've never had for lunches. On Thursday we chose Patches and was thankful we did. The place is decorated in patches from everywhere and all sorts of professions. It was a cool place to hang out, eat, drink, whatever. The appetizers were delicious and the special for the day was so good. I had the patty melt and it did not disappoint!!! Everyone enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere.
Waitress kept asking you ok? In The meantime we still didn't get our food until 30 min later. She never apologized or spoke to us. Fries were cold. Not impressed with the food. Prices were good.
Checked out a cool little indoor/outdoor pub and grub style place just a short walk from the beach while passing through Panama City. Place was really neat and we sat at the outside bar. Appetizers were great but in my opinion the pizza was sub par. Atmosphere was very Florida and would like to try other menu items. Bars were fully stocked and the bartender was friendly and quick with service! Saw quite a few people order drinks to go and walk to the beach.
