Just got back to the house after driving 40 mins total for pizza. This is the pizza I got. One entire half is just a burnt bubble. Didn’t know I needed to check for common decency. Won’t go here again and can’t recommend it.
We are from the NY Metro area, so when we travel and can't get "real" pizza we have always liked Papa John's pizza and cheesy bread, however the local PCB store seems to suffer from logistical issues. It has been a few years since our last disappointing experience with this Papa John store. That time it took our pizza 3 hours to be delivered. This time we opted to pick it up and were told it would be an hour and a half as our preparation estimate. Tracking said it was happening, but when we arrived to get our order there was nothing there for us! :(
Terrible all around! This was my first time trying Papa John's and my last! Pizza took over 2 hours to deliver on a Sunday evening, arrived cold because the delivery guy was on a bicycle, yes, a bicycle!!!!! After all that I was in hopes it would at least taste good after reheating it, I was dead wrong! By far the worst pizza I've ever eaten! To make things worse, we called to voice our concerns but they were closed. We were redirected to the PC location and were told there was nothing they could do because we ordered from the PCB location. Go elsewhere or you'll regret it!

The wait time (confirmed both online and via email) was 75 minutes. We waited 75 minutes. Then 90 minutes Then 120 minutes. Finally, two hours and 13 minutes after I had placed the order (and 90 minutes after the tracking app said our pizza had been baked and was being "prepared" for delivery), I called the store. The "check status of delivery" flipped me to an unhelpful and uninformative voicemail that said they were busy. I called back and tried the "place order" option. They hung up on me when I asked about the status of my order. I called again and tried the "all other matters" option. I got the manager, who claimed that it would be at least another 45 minutes (three hours after I placed my order) before it would arrive.The manager lied by saying our pizza had not even gone into the oven yet. When I confronted him with the fact that the tracking app clearly stated otherwise, he said "Well, we're keeping it under a heat lamp." I told him that the pizza under these circumstances ought to at least be free, and that I wasn't anxious to eat a dried out pizza at room temperature, he canceled my order and "banned" me from ordering from my phone number in the future.SHORT ANSWER: Papa John's ought to jerk these clowns' franchise. Under no circumstances should you ever consider ordering from this location. Read the other reviews that have universally had the same unsatisfactory experience. Save yourself the time and aggravation. There are a dozen other, better, and far more reliable pizza vendors in PCB.

We love Papa John's but they have seriously gone downhill. Got delivery last night. 2 pizzas garlic knots and a papadilla. 54.00 and the knots were way overcooked, one pizza way overcooked and one was undercooked and cold. In order to eat the undercooked pizza we had to heat/finish cooking it in the oven. It was already late or we would have called and asked for new pizzas/knots.When it gets busy in the summer here they won't even answer the phone or take online orders but when we support them in the off season we get terrible food. Probably the last time we'll order here which is sad, it used to be our favorite delivery pizza
Management is horrible. Pizza ordered several times and not delivered, wrong pizza, attention to detail. This store fails on so many sides. Just a incompetent establishment.
Thing 1: The app is terrible, as it refuses to acknowledge that we live about .5 miles away from the store (claims no delivery is available, although we see PJ's delivery vehicles in our neighborhood all of the time.Thing 2: The offsite call center that the geniuses at corporate thought would be a smash hit is not good. After realizing that I've called some poor lady that has no clue about our geography, she connects me to the actual store. Wait, I can talk to the actual people who can really help me?!? Good on her for realizing that (so that's the only positive)Thing 3: No one answered the phone.So, just ordered from Domino's app, and it worked! Never again will I eat at PJ's. If the difference between starving and eating their pizza is trying the app or a phone call, then hello sweet starvation! At least there's no call center for that one.
Papa John's delivery person in a maroon truck is a careless driver that has no respect for other drivers. He almost hit me yesterday and another car. In and out lanes . BTW ur pizza is no good either
1st experience ordering a Papa John's pizza. I ordered the works pizza and I'd have to say it was very tasty. I would definitely order again- give them a try today. :) !
