Waiting in line for 35 minutes. When my food was dished out I waited another 25 minutes. So when I got to sit down and eat my food was ice cold. At least they were willing to replace it they told me to throw mine away and gave me another plate of the same thing. I would have been happier if they just heated it back up as I hate wasting food. Unfortunately they didn't give me as much the second time as they gave me the first. I have been to this location many times. After this experience I doubt that I'll ever come back. I'm sure I won't recommend it to anyone ever.
I LOVE Panda Express BUT this location.. not so much. The rice was crunchy and the meat was skimpy. It is spring break down here but that's no excuse.
The cashier Judith was extremely rude when I asked why I was being charged $10 for a side mind you I was not aware the small container was considered a medium size which I think is a rip off but she could have explained but instead was loud about and rude. The food wasn’t even that good . Horrible service
As a former fast food manager, I can truly say this was the most disgusting dining experience ever. Tonight, my fiance and I dined in 2 hours before close, however, the staff made it very clear they were closing and wanted us out. For starters as we walked in there were several trash bags piled in front of the door, next there were very limited entree options and what was left to pick from was clearly hours old, no teas made, and no ice. Next I watch a young lady put on gloves, fix her hair and mask then prepar our food, take our money and while we sit in the dinning room eating watch her fill the lids drop most of them on the floor pick them up OFF THE FLOOR and put them in the dispenser, stuff her whole arm down the trash, stick her hand in all of the unwrapped utensils, take out the bathroom trash and pile it in front of the door with the other bags, then ask to take my tray to wash it while I was still using it, ALL WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES. Disgusted, we could not eat another bite, throwing out our food and left immediately steping over the trash at the door.
I ate here nine months ago and it was not that bad, but I am now back and we thought we would order takeout and it was the most Bland food I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant very sad! Honestly none of it seems like it's even Chinese food. Highly disappointed! Especially for what I paid for! What a waste! Will never eat at a Panda Express again! We'll roll with the punches with these random Chinese restaurant!
Management is awful and the team clearly follows their lead and the staff at this particular location is awful. They are never open and at 8pm will tell you they have very few items and lose so much money and customers due to these issues. Being someone who lives close to this location, I will be telling everyone I know not to go there for the disappointment is more than annoying and staff is so rude. It is very evident that the evening time manager and staff do not want to be there.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but today was enough to have me do so. I ordered a plate with double honey walnut shrimp, which costs extra, and this is what I got. Shrimp is covered in burnt food chips from their dirty grill/wok. Tastes terrible. No walnuts at all. The black specks on the box are pieces I attempted to pull off but eventually gave up. This is a health code violation and it’s not hard to clean a grill off / clean a wok out.Also rice tasted like it was days old. Like it was in the fridge all night and then microwaved. Disappointed.
They were swamped when we went but we were in and out in 15 min. The food was nice and warm. A but more veggies than meat but we need more veggies in our lives anyway.
By far the worse location I've been to is the one in Panama City Beach, FL. When you pull up to the drive thru there is a sign saying they are out of half of their items. Then when you try to order no one responds, even when you wait for a few minutes. After figuring no one is going to answer, you then proceed to pull up to the window where you are ignored some more. At this point a line has built up behind you, none if them having been serviced. After all that I decided to go inside where they did in fact have the ites the signs outside stated they did not, and where they was only one person being attended to at the register. Makes you wonder why no one was attending to the drive through.
Teriyaki chicken is on point! Love hitting this place up after the gym, great portions and friendly service.
