Olive Garden isn't a true Italian restaurant but for average pasta with your friends once in a while, it works. The waitress was stellar and she went above and beyond. Food was fair to good. This location needs a good deep cleaning. There is a musty smell throughout and either the carpet needs replacing or a carpet cleaner has their work cut out. The two things I wish Olive Garden would do is make we fresh pasta from scratch each day and offer really good stone baked pizza. If they did that I would visit more than once or twice a year.
We went here for Mother's Day and had Kelsey as our waitress She was awesome and did not miss a beat the whole time we were there. She made sure our visit was very special. I brought my 7 and 8 year old here for dinner. Food is exactly what you would expect from an Olive Garden, no need to elaborate there. What stood out at this Olive Garden was our amazing server, Jada. She was attentive and patient. She followed along with my son’s crazy antics and was so kind. Everything came out perfectly and she remembered every single one of my annoying requests. When we left my daughter said “Wow! She was the best waitress ever!” To which my son replies “Yeah she was! Even better than you, mom!” (I am a waitress as well). So if you’re shopping in pier park and find yourself in Olive Garden, request Jada. And tip her 30% or more
Good food, missing a bit flavour. The bread sticks are too salty, while the food is missing some salt and other spices. The service is pretty good, friendly staff.
Tricia was a good attentive server. Unfortunately she was over over attentive to a couple sitting at the bar to my perceived detrement. Once they were gone I received the service I've come to expect from this chain. My bread sticks arrived just moments before my food. Food temperature, quantity, and quality were all excellent. I will return on my next visit to PCB!
We had the endless soup and salad. Everything was yummy! I love how cold and fresh the salad is served. We also had the lasagna fritta, so yummy! Crystal C was our server, very friendly and attentive. Great dining experience.
I adore going to olive garden. The food is excellent. Our server was awesome. He kept our drinks full without having to ask. We will for sure to return to the Olive Garden on Panama City Beach.
Pier Park location gets very busy sometimes,but you can slide in a bar table for a quick bite at lunch. Servers,Bar Staff & Management are great.
Excellent salad. Seafood fettuccine is better choice than spaghetti. Nice wine by the glass options
The food was terrific, every employee was masked and we were distanced a bit from others with our seating. It was a perfect and relaxed dinner and we felt very safe eating there as compared to a lot of others we've looked into. We are Canadians and still wanting to abide by some good protocol for this winter. Thanks Olive Garden for being diligent and responsible. We'll be coming back and we're telling others to go as well.
