Foods great, But, The service is garbage, Pure garbage. And im being nice. No customer service whats so ever. Hire better people ?♂️?♂️
Very bad experience, took forever to get food then I didn’t get my fries I ordered. Asked for a fork and got this red stick with 2 prongs like an olive fork. Employees were very rude and never even acknowledged anyone coming in the store. Will not be back! Will definitely tell others of our experience as well!
Like everywhere good help is hard to find, but a sour attitude is no fun. A job in fast food can’t be all that much fun but if you take the job at least be friendly. They didn’t have much of the menu in stock, so we fell back on hot dogs. Nathan’s dogs are good. The bun was somewhat stale and the hot dog was barely rewarmed. The sodas machine at -l most $5 each was out of more choices than were available. I don’t normally even write bad reviews, sorry.
There’s steak and cheese sandwich is to die for! Mark best steak sandwich we’ve ever had. Definitely would recommend
We went to Nathan’s yesterday just for a quick bite! The food was amazing, I will say the staff were NOT friendly at all!!!!! It was such a uncomfortable situation, the lady taking our ordered seemed bothered that we were ruining her “sit-down” time, it’s pretty sad when the guy who was working with this young lady was a so called manager and was basically acting the same way!! Definitely won’t be going back there considering the circumstances!!

food is decent. Really wish they had actual forks these little red “forks” suck can’t eat a waffle with this!
My first time eating a Nathan Hotdog. overall ok
Almost didn’t go because of some of the reviews. But we did and it has honestly been the best place we have ate during our whole trip! I got the New York cheese steak and it was delicious. My husband got one of the hotdogs and the ranch bacon fries. It was all delicious and the staff was nice unlike what some reviews had said. I’ll definitely eat here again.
I like the taste of the hot dog. We got the chili dog combo and it was yummy!
