Sat at drive through for ~15 minutes. Asked several times if anyone was there, no response or acknowledgement. Pulled into line and ordered food online via the app. Sat in line a further ~15 minutes. Get to the window and both people working drive through were very rude. Waited an additional ~20 minutes in the reserved lane for the food that never came. Had to go in and ask about it after almost an hour of waiting in a car with 3 kids for "fast" food. Ridiculous.
I ordered a cheeseburger and also a 10 piece chicken nugget meal... Pulled off and once I reached my destination there was a Big Mac instead of nuggets... But into my cheeseburger only to find out that there was no meat in my cheeseburger ?. Quite disappointed in this visit. And they weren't even busy. Got to do much better!
Took about 45 minutes to get our food. We dined in and told them we were but still got fast good bags. They messed up a combo in our order. Most up front staff was on their phone instead of working.
Just got some food spicy chicken had a minimal amount of sauce on only one part of sandwich about the size of a dime and the fríes were cold. Also ordered quater pounder plain with no cheese and of course they messed that up and put cheese. And to top it off the just took the pickles off the chicken sandwich instead doing what they are supposed to do. That is disgusting had to throw out my sandwich. People have no pride whatsoever en their work.
This is the worst McDonald’s anywhere.They constantly give me soggy old cold french fries even if I’m asking in the drive-through for well-done extra crispy french fries, it never fails they get it wrong every time and every time I have to come back and get new food.I don’t know what’s so hard about making crispy french fries the way you advertise them on TV, but Old soggy cold french fries is unacceptable on every level, and the chicken nuggets are cold as well.I’m so done with this location
Went to orientation spent $35 on Uber to cross the bridge. Then go to What supposed to be my first day they tell me to go home because no email confirmation and then after that I can’t get a response no one answers my phone calls to the number they gave me completely ghosted by McDonald’s with no explanation super unprofessional never heard of not even telling a person why they haven’t called waste of my money and time applying elsewhere. Ps The numbers they gave me are correct they’ve talked to me on them before and the iMessenger says received I’m just being ignored. if someone was thinking it was all wrong number they just ignored me no explanation waste of time and money
Friendly staff, fast service, same McDonalds quality as anywhere. The basket of fries were fresh and the nuggets were good.
Arrived with our two grandchildren for lunch and started to place an order on my mobile app. I accidentally activated the drink deal and really wanted the 20 percent off deal. I asked the clerk to help me and the manager came and placed our order and gave me the 20 percent off. The problem with activating the wrong deal is you have to wait 15 minutes before getting another deal! I was very happy that they did this for us, I saved $7.00. I was also impressed that they looked for another toy for the happy meals for us!
Went from breakfast at 10:00am. sat in line for over 15minutes. Got to the window to order and told they did not have any Hasbrowns, which I did not want anyways. I wanted fries with my breakfast which hasn't been a problem other places. I was told they don't have fries either not until 11am. I've never had any restaurant say I couldn't substitute for fries and just drop some fries. they absolutely refused. could only order sandwich and a drink.Worst experience at a McDonald's ever!
I love this place and I feel everyone who works there loves me too by the way I am treated.. It's like they know me but know absolutely nothing about ME??? Give yourselves a pat on the back.. Very intelligent people!
