Great food and service was amazing but steak was not good but manager fixed it

Family and I went to this margaritaville and it was amazing the staff and the environment was very clean. It being our first time going we didn't know what to get or much about the drink menu. Our waiter Cliff was very informative and helped us decide what were getting he was also a great waiter had us laughing and feeling right at home. I had the coconut shrimp it was awesome and then my drink of choice was the watermelon margarita which tasted amazing I totally recommend this location. The cup you see you actually get to take home as a souvenir.
I mean, it was good, but…..I had the burger…..wasn’t worth $20. We had fish tacos they were good as well. We asked if they had Shrimp Tacos, which they didn’t, but said they get asked about them all the time: Not sure why it would be difficult to grill some shrimp and through them on the tortillas instead of the fish…but…hey! It’s a tourist attraction and the experience is good for that: First time we had been there, likely the last. But who knows!
It was okay! Upstairs view is blocked now with new construction so ypu can no longer see the sunset from there! Our waiter Kyle was super nice,but kept forgetting things ...like straws, lids, a bag for our to go items!Food was decent!We left to go across the street to the pier for the sunset!
It was storming when we arrived at Pier Park and Margaritaville made the wait so convenient by offering online wait list. We were able to sit in our car and wait out the rain before heading into the restaurant. This was the first time my family has been to here. The food was excellent, even the kids enjoyed it. Our server was attentive and accommodating. We will definitely try the one in our home city.
Service was terrible, the staff lost our ticket we waited over 30 minutes on a order with many mistakes. The waitress was great the staff was horrible. Absolutely no communication amongst staff and waitresses and waiters. Plus the parking is horrible and good luck at finding a parking spot. I would not recommend
overpriced, overrated, more of a sandwich and burger menu. we did have excellent service. this is more of an experience for the decor and for the name.
This Margaritaville is on a prime location, but the quality of the food was not the standards of other Margaritavilles locations like the one in Orlando or the Pensacola area. The meat in our burgers was dry and had almost no taste. The beers were ok and the staff tried their best to provide a good service and thats the only reason I gave them 3 stars.
