We love Marco’s pizza and when we found out our resort had one across the street we were very excited. The pizza is great as usual but the young lady running the cashier is extremely rude. After coming in she seemed irritated there was a large party walking in after me. She kept rolling her eyes and all around irritated to greet me. The pizza time took a little bit longer than quoted and to be honest I don’t mind at all about that but do mind her shoving my pizza order towards me without even a simple acknowledgement or thank you. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review for something like this but the one by our house in Jacksonville is never like the experience I had at this location and has such friendly staff.
Our delivery lady was THE BEST! Apparently, her sons made our pizza! She was so much fun, full of happiness and laughter! We cheered for her like she was a champion…because when you’re hungry and someone delivers your food…they are! The pizza was delicious and extremely affordable! Best experience ever! Way to go, Marco’s!

These pizzas should be $5 no more! Way over cooked. Was horrible just like the teenager that “helped” us at the counter. DO NOT GO HERE! It made my husband throw up almost instantly after having it.
Always order from Marcos at least once a week. Pizza is the best and we love the cheese bread. Always delivered on time and the delivery drivers are always very polite. Keep up the GREAT work!!
First off, phone girl was EXTREMELY RUDE but regardless we put an order in. Gave her credit card number and everything. Then we call again more Rudeness and she hangs up on us. We call again, 2 hours later. Different girl and she says apparently no order was filed on our name. Hate this place will never order again. I recommend none of you do either this place is a scam…
Ordered carry out from their app tonight and was given a 13 minute est. wait. Pulled up to their parking lot and checked their “pizza tracker” and it said it was ready 3 minutes early. Walked into someone letting me know it was still in the oven and would be “a few minutes”. 30 minutes later the pizza was ready and when I asked for some packets of Parmesan and Red Pepper flakes, I was told “it’ll be a few minutes”. I know it’s Friday and stuff is gonna be busier on the weekends, but when I ordered during Mardi Gras and mind you there were way more people in town. I was in and out of this place. Not sure what happened in 2 weeks time to have the service of this place turn so poor.
This is my favorite place. In Panama City Beach. I came all the way from Palm Springs California to get this Pizza. The manager Christina is amazing and her staff is well kept. The restaurant was clean and sanitized. I highly recommend this MARCOS and my Loyalty is with them. Thank you for always making my ? PERFECTLY. The pizza arrived quickly and was delicious! The cheese bread was fantastic also. The price was higher than I had expected, but it was worth it. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
