Horrible experience with Jordan, manager. I order online at Little Caesar’s website for a delivery. After ordering and paying surcharges and door dash fees did not receive my entire order. Then the fun began. I called Little Caesar’s at 8017 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Fl manager’s name was Jordan refused to give last name or the name of the person above him or the owner. Also, could not refund my money because door dash was involved. After calling door dash and was told I needed to contact Little Caesar’s. I am very frustrated and I went to the store to see if I could resolve the issue this is 45 minutes to an hour after later and no luck because the store has to pay royalties to door dash. I am not sure how this is my problem but, obviously it is. I ask Jordan where the business license was for the store and was told it was in the back I ask to see it and was told no. I believe this is public information and is to be posted where the public can see it. But, Jordan refused. I believe I will contact the proper authorities tomorrow morning and inquire why Little Caesar’s does not have to follow the rules. Also, out of curiosity ask to see the latest health department review and was denied. Also, when I ask Jordan who was his boss he refused to supply that information. I will contact corporate tomorrow and find out is this is following the rules and regulations because, even if this store is a franchise they still to follow corporate regulations. I will not stop posting on ever website and telling people about this problem. Linda Waugh
It has been a while since I left a review, but I felt compelled to leave one for Little Caesar’s. I ordered stuffed crust pizza one night, and because it was so good and I was so impressed by how delicious it was, I ordered two more pizzas the next night! Little Caesar’s is and has been consistent with the quality of their pizza! Absolutely delicious! I will continue to order from this Little Caesar’s on Front Beach Road! Thank you Little Caesar’s for your continued excellence!
Placed an order on the app, went through all the steps an hour before they closed only to go through the entire process and it to say not taking orders! I was already in the parking lot so I went in and the guy said they stop after a certain time. Well that should be noted before going through the steps! It literally said my order would have been ready 45 minutes before they even closed so not sure what the problem was!!!
My cheese pizza was hot and cheesey the sausage pizza was hot and hit the spot. Garlic bread sticks where great.
Was having problems with the online ordering but the manager Jordan provided me not only with great customer service but was very helpful with walking me through the steps on how to get everything done properly. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at any place of business. I really commend Jordan for his hard work and his friendliness as well as his dedication to this restaurant. He is a huge value to the business and he definitely needs to be noticed for this. Will definitely recommend to others as well as never forget this wonderful experience at a pizza spot.
Ordered for the first time, delivery, they delivered wrong order. Called the store and either I bring the order back and get the correct order, or they said I can come back in the future and they’ll “write my name down”, but was very vague about it. At least have some sort of reasonable compensation policy if you mess up and are going to either be giving a customer the wrong food or wasting their time. Won’t be trying them again

Great pizza here. Order was hot and ready when we picked it up from the locker system, really nice and easy. Will be coming back.
Good service. Friendly staff. Pretty good pizza.
