The wait wasn't too long to get seated, surprisingly, with how many people there were waiting outside. It took a bit for our drinks, and the wait for our food was a lot longer. It took over an hour for our food to be delivered, and some of it was wrong. However the server corrected some of the things even when we said it was okay. Props to her! I forgot her name to compliment her for whatever management is reading this ?
service time and a little more positive attitudes. we waited for 45 min for our food to come out cold and never saw a manager. Horrible experience and bad food.
Floor was disgusting. Its 1:30pm, maybe we just missed rush hour??The food was decent, not as good as waffle house to be honest. My wife ordered a dish that included hash browns however they forgot to include them. We had to wait 30min just to get a order of hasbrowns. The grits were super lumpy and the bacon was OLD. Our server Shushi was pleasant and helpful.
Awful! I recommend not going here. The food was not cooked properly. The strawberries tasted old and watery. My French toast never got syrup that I asked for. The Omelette was supposed to be egg white and it was not. The French toast was cold and stale. We never got refills after waiting probably close to 30 minutes to get waited on drink orders and then even longer to get drinks. Our server was not friendly and very forgetful we will not be coming back to this location.
It seems like management don’t care that their service is slow and terrible. As soon as we walked in it was attitude from the staff.
Extremely unhappy with the service…had to wait more than 45 mins for the food…reason being short staffed. When you are running a chain like this…All these are excuses or you should have informed us upfront. Also after waiting for so long we had a wrong order….the full buttermilk pancake instead of the 55+ pancake. When mentioned to the server she said she would give it for free, but instead of giving free we were charged for the full buttermilk pancake…I had to ask for adjustment in pricing, and $3 was adjusted. And then I insisted on talking to manager but she was busy in the kitchen and finally when she came and I told her everything…she showed no remorse at all. She was just wanting to go back to the kitchen as soon as possible. Extremely bad experience
We were seated immediately after walking in and got our drinks pretty quickly but sat and waited for 2 hours waiting for our food. Waitress was inattentive couldn’t get anyone’s attention for refills or anything. Im very unimpressed with this place. There wasn’t very many people to attend to and it still took 2 hours. Other people around us ended up leaving because they were waiting for hours and got cold food back.
I ordered the senior 2 x 2 x 2. Eggs over medium, crisp bacon and pancakes. I got cold pancakes, no silverware, sausage and whites runny eggs. They brought out bacon but it was cold and tough as shoe leather. Waitress was nice. Only bright spot. I sent it all back and just watched my husband eat. It’s more miss than hit here. (Locals)
The food was good. I had hashbrowns and country ham and my husband Mark had eggs, sausage, bacon and toast. Everything was good tasted like a homemade breakfast.
Great omelet every time! Good service (Patti) and food made it to the table HOT. Thank you for being a great place to eat ♡
