We recently visited Panama City Beach, FL for a few days. Now we aren’t a stranger to Hungry Howie’s, but it’s not a chain we have at home. We have used them in Myrtle Beach though. Anyhow, we ordered delivery to our room twice. Both times we had the same delivery driver and both times Hungry Howie’s provided not only the upmost professional service, but the food was exceptional as we expected it to be. Hungry Howie’s is a win in our book and we look for their franchises nearly every where we go on vacation to get our pizza fix.
This will be my very last time ever ordering from Hungry Howie’s. We ordered at 7:34pm and they estimated it would be 61 minutes until delivery. We paid $82 for pizza. I called the first time at 8:48, which is 74 minutes after ordering. They told me the order left 11 minutes ago and would be to my home in approximately 20 minutes. (So a total of 31 min travel time, even though it is only about 15 min away). I called again at 9:15, 9:25, & 9:26. No answer. No explanation. Pizza finally arrived at 9:32pm….118 minutes after we ordered and 57 minutes after promised. No apology. No discount. We all live and work in a tourist town. This is completely UNacceptable. We will not ever order from here again or recommend it to any of the properties we manage.
Ordered delivery. It arrived fast and hot. Delivered right to our room. This was one of the few that had actual delivery that was not Grub Hub.
Their pizza is to die for! Prices are very affordable. Courteous staff, clean, great atmosphere.
Just ordered delivery through door dash.My order was not prepared as I ordered it. The wings were soft when I ordered extra crispy. The pizza was barely cooked and triangles when I ordered it well done and squares.Not very happy with my experience. Will not order again.
First time trying this place out & the pizza wasn’t that great. Was greasy & the sauce was very plain. Also a good bit of dough to make the food here. Only cool thing about the place was the drive thru
I am a new yorker living in New Jersey. So we have high expectations. This pizza reminds me of walmart pizza you bring home and cook,...yuk!
Excellent pizza and fast delivery. I have tried a couple other pizza places in the area and this was much better. Will definitely order from here again.
