Worst experience ever! Service was horrible, waited over an hour for our meal, our waitress kept running her hands in her long blonde hair extensions, food was cold once we finally got it, mozzarella sticks didn’t have any cheese in them, and the tots tasted so bad like old grease we couldn’t eat them. Paid $108 for a meal we couldn’t eat. Called and left message for a manager and still no call back. Debating contacting corporate. This place is NASTY in every possible way and needs shut down.
I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this place is horrible. Luckily our waitress was nice, but other waitresses were not. The manager was horrible. They were out of all fountain drinks. Too lazy to change them. Service was so slow. I read all the bad reviews on Yelp but decided to try it anyway. Big mistake.
Stay away.!! Wings were horrible. They had a burnt taste to them, the restroom was not clean and the plumbing was not working properly. No cold water, only hot from the faucet both hot and cold handles. Sewer gas smell coming through the urinals every time someone flushed the toilet.
30 minute wait, which was fine. Got seated quickly. Waiter was friendly, however the reason for the one star review being that the food was cold. Fries had a smoked taste to them with no seasoning. Was told by the waiter, she’d bring another batch but never did. I don’t know if that’s how Hooters serve their fries but… The waiter never came to check on us. Took her atleast 30-45 minutes to ask if we were ready for our checks. Should of saw the picture with the mice on one other review before coming.
Our order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to be filled. Some items we missing and others were warm at best. The manager at first refused to speak with us upon request. Upon demanding to speak with her, she finally came out. We told her about the terrible service and she blamed it on short staffing. We told her if she can't fill orders than she should probably not seat people she can't feed. We watched two families seated after us leave, very vocally I might add.
Waited a while for a seat. While another party that came in after us went ahead of us. We asked why they said that's the table they were going to set them at. Watched the table we were going to sit at sit empty for quiet a while until it was cleaned. Then our service wasn't bad. We usually get the same girl everytime and she is always pretty good at keeping us taken care of. The food was pretty good for the wait. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience. I'm only giving two stars because of the looks we kept getting from certain employees while we asked for our table to begin with as in they had an issue with our party. As well as you all don't have the pretzels ! Main reason we would come was for those
The servers were extremely friendly. There was a 15 minute wait but no biggie. Our table was very well cared for with so many special requests. I had there chicken salad and I promise it was the freshest salad I ever ate! Lettuce was nicely chilled and crisp. Croutons were crunchy and not stale. The fried chicken chunks in the salad were cooked to perfection. I'm sooo going back. Nice job hooters of Panama City Beach FL! I'm very glad we made you part of our spring break
We ate here while on vacation. The menu was very limited and the staff when entering the restaurant were not attentive. They were on their phones and we had to wait to be seated due to their lack of interest in seating us. Our waitress was friendly and service was quick. Overall we will probably not eat here again.
Wings great. Beer room temperature. Slow Service-Waited 30 minutes for wings & fries. Unfair treatment-Asked to sit outside, we were told they were short staffed and they were not allowing it. However, they let two families eat outside after we arrived. We left after one pitcher of beer, when we planned for at least three more.
My first time at a Hooters and and they only have half of the menu available today. There are a few pros, Clean restaurant, nice view of the ocean with also patio ocean views dining. Some servers are nice. The cons are our server I won't name her bc she is new there (i was told) but She forgot our appetizer and possibly our food because we had already waited 45 minutes for our app order of fried pickles as well as dinner of chicken and fries; Which we never got any food in the end. My husband said he wanted to speak to a manager and was upset and was voicing it to us, his family at the table, next thing you know the manager is telling my husband to leave for cussing and when my husband refused he threatened to call the cops. In the end cops came and we left and went to the high end buffet across the street. I wish this was a better experience because I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER HOOTERS AGAIN. RUINED IT ALL FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. Definitely discrimination.
