After 2 years, I returned. Still a mess. Five employees talking and staring at the one person working. After 10 minutes I went looking for my food as I was the only person. In dining room and still hadn't received it. My order had been blinking so they erased it.Employees are nicer but no management.
The service here is so terrible , they made me reverse and come forward again just so their time didn’t run out on top of my food just sitting at the table. While they stocked all their drinks and condiments and then when I asked for a manager he looked at me and said what do you want me to do about it. So I got cold food the wrong food and terrible service. The girl in the front window with braids and beads in her hair has the worst customer service and I will be calling corporate
While waiting in a very long line... we realized they take 1 order drive them around and fill your order before taking another order..fast food it 8s not... service is absolutely ridiculously slow

The hamburger felt heavy in mi hand. Actually had to use both hands to eat it. It had a lot of real, tasty and juicy meat.
