Beautiful ambiance and the tree inside is extremely realistic. The peppercorn filet mignon was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The feta cheese topping is filled with a mix of bacon, spinach, and other herbs that was incredible. My wife had very generous portion of salmon with a great glaze to it. Definitely a great date night spot.
What a great dining experience.The outside may be unassuming, but inside you'll find everything from cozy dining rooms, to a sushi bar and swanky lounge.The service here was top notch. Alyssa was knowledgeable about the menu and food prep, and gave great recommendations. The She Crab soup was so flavorful. The stuffed filet with peppers was sumptuous. Crab cakes were full of moist lump crabmeat. For what you get in food quality and service, the price is a bargain. Will definitely return!
I wish I could post a negative review but protocol will not allow. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, look elsewhere and good luck with that in PCB. Representations to the contrary, the seafood is not fresh. We could smell our orders coming from 20-feet away. Rancid and ammonia smelling grouper that was not even suitable for cat food. Beyond disappointed and will never waste time again trying to get a coveted reservation at Firefly.
Our server was excellent (can’t recall his name). He answered all our questions and made great recommendations. The bone in rib-eye was so delicious and it was a great upscale dining experience. Beautiful atmosphere!
Very tasty and unique food, from somewhat traditional meats to elk, Lamb. Grouper. Salmon, and cold tuna. Sushi menu is excellent, and each item is full of flavor. I might suggest the Devil's Advocate, or hurricane rolls for lots of flavor and some spiciness. The tuna and the pineapple shrimp appetizers were also nicely flavored. Calamari was also a hit. The thick, juicy, bone-in ribeye was fantastic, seared nicely and seasoned perfectly, and coupled with very large onion rings. The smoked bison short rib was really enjoyable with good seasoning, sauce, and quite tender. Leave room for desert!
THE VIBE: We walked in on a Saturday night w/o RSVP and was able to snag a seat in 10 mins. There is a Fine Dining part and also a bar part. The bar isn’t rowdy just a more casual space for common folk on a common night. There was visibly 2 managers that moved about the restaurant engaging with guest, refilling beverages and making sure everything moved smoothly. TO DRINK: I ordered a pineapple cosmopolitan and a lemon drop martini. Both were The perfect mix. THE FOOD: Once seated, you’re given a complimentary basket of bread with three spreads. One spread was a delicious strawberry butter! For appetizers, we ordered Brussels Sprouts and Calamari. For Entrees, I had the Macadamia Crusted Salmon and my friend ordered the Short Rib. For dessert, we ordered the bread pudding & it was EVERYTHING!!
Great Place to make someone feel special. When making your reservation on OpenTable.com you can notify restaurant that it is a special occasion and request a seat in the main dining area under the tree of lights. They can't always honor this request but it doesn't hurt to ask! I did have to remind the waiter of the special occasion even though the hostess was aware, just fyi. Otherwise the staff is superb and the food is wonderful. The Caesar salad comes in a bowl molded from parmesan and is yummy! Loved the beef carpaccio, filet, scallops, Brussels and of course the special dessert they bring to celebrate the occasion. Make reservations at least a week in advance.
The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were all delightful. We highly recommend the filet. It was cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth delicious.
This is a nice restaurant. The lit tree is obviously the "star" of the room and creates a great ambiance. The tables are set well and the server was grade A. We all got the swordfish special the night we went and it was absolutely delicious! Full of flavors and just done right. They have a well stocked bar too for sure, around the waiting area. There's also some pretty nice leather chairs that you can hang out in while waiting for your table.
Amazing food and atmosphere!!! In town celebrating my mom’s birthday and she wanted to try this restaurant. The staff was amazing and friendly. Thank you Andrew for going the extra mile. Looking forward to coming back again the next time I’m in town.
