Definitely the best oysters we had in Panama City Beach, and they were on special per the dozen. The atmosphere was cool with all of the dollar bills stuck on the roof and walls (except I couldn’t help but feeling if the building went on fire it would be an inferno!). It also had a fantastic view of the lake.Reasons for only three stars:I ordered a daiquiri but it was just plain terrible.Service wasn’t the best and felt a little rushed.We had been turned away rudely the day before because they were too busy - again just poor service.Everything else we ordered didn’t really taste good. Only worth going for the oysters. Don’t waste your $$ on much else.
We waited for oysters until we were leaving PCB - Dusty's is the place for oysters in PCB - We will be back next year!
The food is great here and the oysters are extraordinary and come in many stiffen styles. The service was lacking just a little and we did sit for approximately 15mins before even able to order a drink. Also waited quite a while to receive the drinks. The food quality definitely out ways the waits and I'm sure they are short staffed also.
Great food and great service! We went 3 days in a row cause my wife loved the oysters so much. Don’t waste your time at the chains and advertised joints. This place has all the seafood you could want. Outside of seafood the Buffalo wings and sandwich are really good. The sauce is perfect! The calamari is a great seafood app! Sit at the shucking station if you can.
This place was super packed and busy on a Wednesday night. We got there at 6:15 and didn’t sit until 8:00. The beer is cold, and the oysters were great. All of the staff were busting their tails to serve the customers. But what made this an extraordinary night for us was the sweet couple from Georgia that we shared our table with. They paid for our whole bill without us knowing. I was in tears when I found out. I couldn’t even thank them. So I came here to say Thank you so much!!! You showed our son what kindness looks like.
We had to wait awhile, but being able to grab drinks at the bar helped. The food was very salty. The oysters tasted like chlorine water. There was nothing memorable. Skip this place.
For the last 15+ years, this place hasn’t changed a bit when it comes to serving the best food on the Panama City Beach strip. You can find fancier places with brighter lights & famous names but you won’t find any better food. It’s simply great!!
We love this place. We have a place about 30 minutes away and come Heck or High Water, we come here as much as we can. Yes, it can be crowded, especially during their happy hour, but worth the wait. It's just my husband and I so we can usually easily get seats at the bar (and the salty bartenders/oyster shuckers are a hoot!!) So the oysters (we always get raw) are always cold and just really good!!! Shucked right in front of you. BUT, I am telling you, if you like wings, and we love wings, their Buddha wings are the best I have EVER had anywhere and I've had them all! In between baked and fried, not too breaded. They are huge and their Medium sauce is FANTASTIC. You have to try them. Again, we highly recommend Dusty's!!!!!
Service and food were great! Busy place during regular dining hours so may have a wait. Phenomenal oysters available in many ways too choose from.Men's bathroom and seating attire needs serious attention and updating that may require a week of being closed....Updates equal 5 stars 4sure!
My experience does not justify high rating. Raw oysters were warm and some had off taste. Much better Oysters at other restaurants in area. Food was only warm, not very tasty, and was over cooked. In back part of dining area, odor of garbage from kitchen (no door) was present. An item in the seafood platter was not available. They said they would substitute but it didn’t appear they did. Waiter was good.
