Had no donuts in stock. Donuts didn't even have holes in them which wouldn't be a problem if they woulda had stock . The strawberry dragonfruit refresher was not mixed at all and she handed me a cup full of milk with none of the fruit mix in it , And the coconut milk was expired, store was a mess ,customer service sucked. Like I get that your pregnant but if a pregnant McDonald's worker can run front and back window by herself then that's an issue
Not only did it take a hot minute for them to take our order but I was charged for 2 larges when that’s not what I asked for and then told I’d have to wait for a refund. Since they took so long to take my order there was now a line out the door for coffee. The first set of frozen mocha coffees were almost black so they remade them and I thought they were fine since they looked right but low and behold they weren’t even coffee it was hot chocolate so we left and now I have to make another stop to get coffee from somewhere else. I’m a regular dunkin customer no matter where we go but this was absolutely ridiculous not worth the wait or money. Do better
Horrible service 45+ mins in line and counting. Donuts are almost gone. Just let us know they are out of more items.We left, went next door to AMI and got better food and coffee in mins. When your service takes longer than a full service restaurant, you've missed the boat!
Got here at 9:18 am and it is now 9:49 am and we just got our food but are still waiting on our coffees. Everyone is trying to ask what’s going on and all of the employees are just ignoring us saying “we will be with you in a moment.” Our food is absolutely horrible and the coffee is nasty too. Not happy at all. If I could leave zero stars I would.**Updated** it is 9:58 and we just left. They even messed up my friends orders. Gave us the wrong donuts too. They need to get a better system in this Dunkin. There were people even in the drive thru coming in and saying there food was wrong.
Went inside to order ONE coffee. There was one couple in front of me. After they waited over 5 minutes before anyone even approached the counter, we all waited an upwards of 20 minutes and I still never received my order. 2 employees disappeared in the middle of taking orders and the other 2 workers were yelling at eachother trying to figure out where the other two went. There was trash all over the floor in the lobby and the countertop was so disgusting and covered in food. After 20 minutes, I ended up walking out. Keep the $4
This is easily the worst experience i’ve had at a dunkin. They had no dairy alternatives which is fine, but the girl just didn’t know what skim milk was and gave me an attitude when i ask her what other alternatives they have. she goes, “i don’t know? like what,” like girl GO LOOK IN THE BACK. Then we gave her a coupon and got super sassy because she didn’t know how to ring it up, she didn’t even try to get someone to help her. She was super rude and had the worst attitude.
I guess it was my own stupidity to sit in the drive thru for 2hrs, just to take a sip of some terribly made coffee. I asked for ice hazelnut, and there isn't even hazelnut in it. Just horrible.
Donuts were good and fresh! Employee had a IDGAFF attitude. Why can’t people embrace their work, gain experience, and move on if they want to… just leave the attitude at home.
I've been in business for Over 35 years. Let me give you some free advice which otherwise would be extremely costly for you. You all have an employee there by the name of "Grace". You need to bump her pay up and have her manage your beach location. I'm just a customer but I would bet the farm that sales are higher on days she works. This location runs like a well oiled machine when she is there. Grace is the difference between a couple of minutes in the drive through versus 11 minutes and 26 seconds in the drive through. Each car should be one minute or better. Average car purchase accordingly to analytical data pulled from my source is $6.84 at a minimum in the busy morning hours you all should be earning well over $200 and hour. If I was the owner of this franchise establishment, I would get this fixed, and I would get it fixed fast. I used to frequent this location every morning. I have since decided to have my secretary pick up my coffee and edibles from your competition. Get it fixed! Do Better!
Went today and ordered a coffee colada with no whipped cream, size medium. The girls took forever to make it. What I ended up with was a medium cup of shaved ice with absolutely no favor. Worst one I have EVER GOTTEN.. I tried to call the the place but kept getting the phone number was out of order. I would not recommend this place. It appears it either needs better supervision or more qualified staff.
