I go to Dunkin a lot and this has to be the worst one I’ve been too. Longest line I’ve ever sat in so I figured they were really busy… not the case. They didn’t have my pick up order ready and had to ask multiple times what was on it. Then proceeded to mess it up twice. So not busy, just incompetent and causing unnecessary delays.
Absolute WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I put a mobile order in to avoid the lines and STILL waited over an HOUR. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. Over half of my order was wrong and the employees were literally YELLING at guests! This place is insanity and all the employees there should be fired. I contacted corporate to report the store and asked for a refund.
Don’t order breakfast sandwiches. We waited 20 after we paid for breakfast sandwiches. Per the staff, they were too busy to handle the amount of volume of orders with door dash orders as well
I got a caramel macchiato w/ extra caramel and whip cream it was so STRONG they must be making cowboy coffee ☕ with nothing in it
7pm and you're out of all of your best sellers? This is not the first time this has happened at this location but it'll certainly be the last for me. Stop at the gas station next door. They at least have Krispy Kreme on the shelf and the coffee's better. You should change your name to Flunkin Donuts.
This is absolutely the worst dunkin I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude and it all comes from the manager. We watched an employee literally yell at a customer and we waved at the manager and she just said "what do you want me to do about it?". This place is a joke. Will never be back.
I hate that this is the only coffee place nearby :( not everyone has 20 mins to wait for one coffee. Employees move like sloths ? do better

Wait for drive thru was 30 minutes. The drive thru lady was not friendly at all and even had a mean attitude. Service was very slow. My drink was the worst I have ever received because it was not blended well and there were big chunks of ice in it. Not very pleased for how Dunkin’ usually is.
Terrible. When I walked in I was presented with a person with their back turned to me. They turned around, took my order, and I was on my way with barely a word. The donuts I paid for belonged in the garbage. I haven't gotten donuts that stale from a grocery store. Don't waste your money; there are other stores in town, try your luck at one of those.
