This pizza binge has been BY FAR the best experience I've had since released from Folsom. Flavor was on point, speedy delivery, and the D-Guy even knocked, the last few wanted contactless delivery, i guess and was just gonna leave food on the porch and honk. He made sure to tells to call and register a complaint if anything was not to satisfaction. Two thumbs up and 10 curled toes for this Broad!
Clark the delivery driver was super kind. Followed directions and had a great attitude. The pizzas were cooked correctly and tasted great; I’m sure corporate would have been pleased. And the pre-scheduled delivery was within 9 minutes of our plans. Much better than up in NC where we traveled from (on vacation). Up there you won’t get your pizza without it being at least 50 minutes late. Down here it was hot and fresh. And they didn’t forget the garlic/ranch! Great crew tonight.
The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. Some store don't allow timed future order, which is about to be a deal breaker for me. If you like to order online and they mess it up, you have to call the manager and IF you call your next order in, rather then easily ordering online they might make it up to you, depending on the newness of the manager. They seem to change often. I can think of no reason why ALL of it can't be done online and credits listed in your account, so you don't have to call.
Only 4 stars because we had to park somewhere else and walk to it. Tiny parking area & construction going on in front. Called our order ahead & it was ready on time.
I order from here as a walk in or call ahead a lotFood quality is a hit and miss on it being right.Today I thought I would support the store with a delivery fee and a driver with a tip. Paid a $1 more online order versus in store order. Sooooo I spent extra $11 / $12 Then my food arrived BRUNT
Pizza was okay, location was pretty small and the two people working there seemed over worked and flooded with orders, maybe the owner should pay for more employees so that it isn't so hectic and stressful and his employees don't look like scared heart surgeons trying to throw 14 orders together at once and deal the registerDefinitely not the workers fault you can just tell they are understaffed and underpaid.
Ordered 2 medium special and they burned my thin crust pizza. Had to wait extra 20 minutes for new pizza to be made. Hope they didn't spit on it.
After a long day we were not feeling like getting out for the night and chose to order something that could be delivered. Our delivery showed up within minutes. I was shocked! They had quickly made our order and the pizzaria was just a few doors down from where we were staying.
Domino's on 79. Ordered a medium thin crust that was burned and was like cardboard. Not edible. The 2 women there took an attitude immediately. The smaller woman said if she made another one it would turn out the same way. She also said it was free so what's the problem. The reason it was free was because they screwed up the last pizza we ordered. It's close to us, within walking distance, so we order from them frequently and about half the time the food is not great. Last time it was a veggie pasta they put ham in and another overcooked pizza. If it wasn't close and open late we would have stopped ordering a long time ago. Now it doesn't matter. Will no longer order. We never got attitude before tonight and we have returned food before. Wasn't necessary to be snarky.
Manager is very unprofessional, literally just hung up on me after I complained about the driver saying she can't bring my order up to my condo. I order MULTIPLE times a month and the first person that doesn't want to do her job... then I TIPPED ?? when I stated the driver refused to bring it to the 12th floor she said ok it will be a whole then and hung up on me.
