Very good food! The steak is outta sight? The staff is excellent and friendly.
This review is based on my opinion and visit to this establishment on 7/22/22.Amazing food, great drinks, reasonable prices. What more could ya ask for.I had a burrito with my choice of ingredients. I chose steak among other things. It was the best burrito I have ever had. My girlfriend had the street taco and she commented the same. This is a must stop if you are in PCB. The food is amazing and the staff works together very well, resulting is a smooth flow. If you see a long line….there is a reason and that is because the food is so good. Don’t let the line fool you into thinking you will wait a long time. The line moves rather quickly because they have the service perfected.I strongly recommend you go if in the area. I know this review sounds like my friend owns the place or something but I can assure you that is not the case. It’s just that good!
This place was so damn good we went there twice during our week stay in PCB. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Baja tacos. The shrimp had delicious seasoning and it paired well with the mango salsa they add. The wife had a chicken and steak burrito that she loved. Even the kids loved it. And don’t get me started on the Margaritas. So good and fresh. The bartenders make each drink to order.
My friend kept talking about this place, so when I visited her, I had to go there. It was such a fun experience. Our group sat at the bar and the bartenders, Matt & Tara were fantastic. They were super friendly and interacted, laughed and cut up with us, all while serving good food and drinks. The cheese dip was amazing!!!!! I ordered the street tacos and you personalize them to your liking. The food was delivered super fast. The La Ola Margarita was extremely tasty. I can't wait to go back.
The Diego's margarita was delicious! The veggies in the burrito were just average, not your typical grilled veggies, but the guacamole was amazing. The bar service was excellent and the bartenders were friendly. They offer both indoor & outdoor seating.
We come to PCB every year (sometimes twice a year). We always eat here a few times. It’s our favorite place to eat in PCB. I know it sounds odd for the beach where seafood rules…don’t get me wrong we love the seafood places too! There’s just something different at Diego’s…it’s not your typical Mexican restaurant. The food is FRESH and plentiful for a decent price and a cool atmosphere. The first time we ate at Diego’s was a few years ago when we needed something quick and easy for dinner and this place was directly across from our hotel so we gave it a try and I’m so glad we did…it’s a family favorite now.
Great food and fast service.Restaurant was full but it didn't take long for our turn to order. You can sit down as soon as you get your self-service drinks because they give you an order number. They bring the food out to you once its done, which didn't take long either. This place is similar to a Chipotle, as far as ingredients. But the food is way better. One thing I did not like was how you are supposed to know what toppings you want before you see them. In other words, it's not an assembly line, like Chipotle or Subway where you choose your toppings as you move along. The cashier had us tell her all the toppings we wanted from the get-go. Because of this, i forgot to add cheese and guac to my bowl. The menu also has jalapenos on the list of toppings but it doesnt say if they are fresh or pickled. I asked the cashier if they had fresh jalapenos and she said they did so i ordered them for my bowl. I guess my husband assumed they were all fresh so he ordered jalapenos as well. He got pickled ones. They also have pepsi products. Im not a fan of pepsi, especially not with tex-mex food so i just ordered a water. The desserts were a bit on the sweet side. My husband likes flan but he preferred their tres leches over their flan. They do have a full-size bar for those wanting alcoholic beverages and TV's showing different stations for the sports fanatic. There is a roll-up door (similar to a garage door) that seperates the outdoor seating with the indoor seating. It was completely open. It was a bit cool out so it was nice to be sitting at the indoor table next to the roll-up door. The food was great for a good price so I would definitely recommend to others.
The very best in town! So glad we stopped in early in the week because we made it back again! So authentic, fresh and flavorful.
The food was great!! Drinks were amazing. The place looks packed. But was not hard to fall in and find seating after ordering. Very reasonably priced food and drinks.
Had a family dinner here and very much enjoyed our visit! The portions were large, the chips and queso very good, and everyone seemed to enjoy their burrito and tacos. The chicken street tacos I had were good but maybe a little drier than I had expected. I think adding a little salsa or queso to them next time would solve that, and it was certainly delicious. The margarita bar had a ton of choices and we tried the pineapple marg and coronarita and both were tasty. We enjoyed our visit and would certainly recommend to others and we would come back again!
