Went thru the drive thru and didn't have a complicated order at all. All I ordered was a medium vanilla milkshake and a CHOCOLATE milkshake and they couldn't even get that right. What I got was a vanilla milkshake and a STRAWBERRY milkshake.Does NO ONE listen anymore or DO THEY JUST NOT CARE ABOUT WORK ETHICS anymore!!
2nd visit here today (months apart). Both negative experiences for slow service by rude counter staff. Today after a long wait time (few customers) & repeating order numerous times, order was wrong. After initial negative experience, complaint filed with DQ. This was supposedly resolved by a rude manager telling me I was wrong. Unfortunately will not try this location again.
Update:I just received a canned response from the owner telling me I can visit a website if I want to share more. (Which I don’t)I looked at many bad reviews on this location and the owner basically says the same thing to every bad review.What’s up with that?I was looking for an explanation as to why it is ok to close an hour earlier than posted? I would like to know if he or she cares about the customer service etc.This was not an answer. It was a brush-offIn-store and Drive-thru open till 10 pm except on the weekends where they are open till 11pm.We arrived 9:15pm on a Wednesday and they had all the doors locked. We wanted to eat inside.All they had was drive thru.10 people came after us and all wanted in yet the two employees ignored all of them.SoThey ended up having an extremely long line at the window.??DQ management either knows they shut the inside early and don’t care or they don’t know and need to be informed.IF YOU SAY YOUR OPEN BE OPEN!!!!
The Banana Split was great but the girl scout mint cookie blizzard was mint flavoring and brownies...... it B.S. The staple food is pure DQ. ?
The hamburgs, fries and sundae and banana split were all good but just bland. Service was fast but not good. We did a lot ourselves. We were there close to closing so they were focused on closing things up. Because it is on the way home would be my only reason to visit again.
Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer when they did everything seemed fine after. I had a couple special orders 1 with no cheese and 1 with no onions and when we looked both orders wrong and thrown together. Orders were falling apart in the wrapping. I don’t recommend if you’re not looking for literal trash
I got an overpriced signature burger over the $5 meal burger. It was almost uneatable. Ended up just eating the burger patty out of it. Bun was stale and tough, bacon was chewy, taste was bad. Got a great blizzard after, only reason it gets 2 stars
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Staff members are rude and completely incompetent. If you ever get the right food, it’s not worth eating. Very disappointing.
It took over 45 minutes to get our food through the drive through! And they left out the sauces. It shouldn't be that difficult for 3 items.
We got the big blizzard good top half was great bottom half only ice cream no goodies in the bottom
