Our family stopped in for ice cream on vacation. Not only was it super tasty, it was a fun expensive. You can tell the staff enjoys their job and interacting with customers. They were having fun… we were having fun AND the ice cream was rich, creamy and delicious.We will definitely visit again when we’re in town!
After visiting another ice cream store in Pier Park the day before and being extremely unimpressed by both the service and the ice cream, me and my two daughters LOVED this gem of a shop. Excellent customer service, efficient and expert craftsmanship, and delicious ice cream that all of us were excited about. We will be back every time we visit PCB!
Decided to try out this place while in PCB. My sister and I decided on this place because they offer vegan and sugar free options. My sister got the vegan vanilla base with a strawberry mix-in and loved it. She was happy she was able to get a dessert even with her dietary restrictions. I got a vanilla base with a peanut butter mix-in and chocolate toppings with reeses syrup. My ice cream was so good and rich with peanut butter. ? I will definitely be stopping here again when I'm back in PCB!
The owner definitely needs to screen employees much better. These people were ignorant. When we got to the register I didn’t even know the guy behind the counter could talk. He never asked what we’d like or told us a total. Bad service. The funny thing Is at the register there is a tip jar it said something about smiley face service we sure never saw that service. Obviously they hate there jobs.
The place looked great! My family really enjoyed the ice. It tastes a whole lot better than a lot of other place rolled ice cream places that we have visited. Thank you guys for the amazing experience. Keep up the good work.
Best rolled ice cream in town! You can taste all the flavors in every bite. We come here once a week and recommend it to everyone we know. All the employees are from the same family and they make you feel as if you are part of their family.
The staff and ice cream were amazing! Definitely coming back, don’t come to Panama City Beach without stopping here!
Very good ice cream, my family and I each got one of different flavors and they were all good. Staff was nice and place was clean. Very entertaining watching them make it. Glad to see they use mostly real stuff and not artificial.
I came right at opening, they were very clean and we’re very nice people! They were welcoming and cared deeply about our happiness! Definitely coming back when I visit PCB again, thanks to these guys, they rock!
My kids were so excited to come here, of course got their ice cream but I most likely won't be coming here again. The toppings list said we could put on strawberries (whole ones) but there was only strawberry sauce so my daughter was very disappointed. The lady who was making my kids' ice cream looked like she absolutely hated her job.. She had a horrible attitude, and a sad/angry face.
