The employees offer a great hospitality! Food is awesome!
We eat here every time we are in pcb and they are always so welcoming and are food is always great. My daughters food the last time we were there she didn’t like and they brought her something else free of charge.
I would give this place "Negative Stars", if possible.... Food was meh, at best. Two adults and two children, ending up being 92.52 for lunch... 2 - 7" Pizzas Nachos Shrimp Basket 4 Soft Drinks They automatically add a 18% tip regardless, says no where on menu or in restaurant. My wife's food was cold, we never got drink refills, were never asked how our food was until we wanted the bill. When we got our credit card receipt back, they want you add an additional tip onto the 18% that they already automatically charge you, that would have brought our bill up to $140... I Have Never Seen Anywhere That You Pay TAX On A Gratuity, But Here. Customer Service Was Horrible. No One In The Restaurant That Was Actually "In Charge". Avoid This Place Or Be Prepared To Pay For It !!!!
We seldom go to the same restaurant more than once on our adventures, but Coconuts was an exception. Our original intent was to get lobster rolls. We got in right away and after skimming the menu we both decided on the grouper special. What a great meal it was! At first, I thought the portions were a bit small but by the time I was done, they were a perfect size. Delicious meal, friendly staff, clean restaurant and our wait time for our food was not bad for as packed as they were! We returned 5 days later!
Andrea was an amazing waitress! She made sure we were taken care of and even though the food was just decent I still would come back for her kindness and hospitality!P.sThe dish I showed isn't a menu item. I actually had to make this myself after ordering everything À la cart and requesting a bowl.
On vacation with my husband and two kids and we decided to stop in to give it a try. Lance our server was AMAZING!! The food was a great portion and everything came out hot! We had the volcano shrimp which my 9 year old loved!! And the Rasta pasta which my husband and I really enjoyed. Everything taste home cooked. We will be returning for breakfast.
The food was pretty good but fairly high and service is extremely extremely slow and they do not care! This place has a Jamaican vibe and Jamaican music but appears to be on island time. Definitely don’t go if ur remotely in a hurry. We ate supper once and the bill for 2 of us was around 90.00 and then breakfast one morning which was 52.00 for 2. That is both including tips and my daughter had one cup of wine at supper (I don’t drink). So kinda pricey for beach food. We were staying at Horizon South so it’s very convenient. My daughter did say the red snapper was good. The meat lovers omelet and the pancakes were also good.
Not sure how this has a 3 star rating because it was a great hole in the wall restaurant. Nice employees and fun atmosphere. We had an 8 year old and an infant and the food came really fast. The drinks were great: we had mimosas and a rum runner. We came here on our last day of vacation, wish we would have found it sooner! Check it out!
Breakfast was great. Took a leap of faith based on review number, shouldnt be a 3.3 and was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Was packed by the time we left. Hubby didn't love the biscuits and gravy. I had the California omelet and it was great. Biscuits were good. Mimosa was also great. Literally nothing bad to day.
We visited for late breakfast. The restaurant is obviously popular as it was busy at the time. The service was great, thank you Lancelot, and whilst the food took around 30 minutes to arrive it was worth the wait. Meantime we were offered ample coffee The food is basic but generous and we both enjoyed our 3 egg omelettes immensely. We would def visit again if we are in the area
