Vacationers here! Let me tell you, we visited this place yesterday with our kids. The employees were friendly and inviting. My husband and I observed the employees working so hard. There wasn’t 1 employee who just stood still. They were constantly putting out fresh pizza, cleaning tables, counter tops, the buffet area and I witnessed the employees washing their hands at least 20x while I was there.
zero star this location is unpleasant from the moment you enter the employee does not greet you, she only asks you what they are with a bad attitude, and when you ask something to the person who is leaving the buffet, she tells you very indifferent there is no !! and when asking for the manager I told her that the service was terrible so she answered me with a mocking smile thank you * unfortunately I will not return again and I do not recommend that you go. I felt discriminated along with my family, I hope and improve the service because it is a tourist city
Great buffet style pizza joint. Several of these closed up in the WV/PA area I originate from and it's a pleasant surprise to see this unique take on pizza.
Food was fantastic, pizza was hot and fresh, lots to choose from. The inside was very clean, the staff were all very busy but had time to greet everyone coming in and leaving
Food was a 10/10! Pizza was fresh and such amazing combinations of toppings that I would have never thought of! The pizza with bacon cheese and tomato was absolutely delicious!! Will definitely be back and recommend this place! Staff was friendly and all said hello! Price was awesome compared to how much food and options they had! Salad bar looked amazing but did not try it this time. 5 stars wasn’t enough for how good this place was!!
This is the first Cicis I've been to. Honestly, I had always heard not so great things about the chain.However, I must admit, that at least this Cicis is actually pretty good. Good selection of pies, mostly regular crust but deep dish as well.The ingredients tasted fresh, lots of cheese & for sitting under the heat lamp, it still tasted fresh.I also enjoyed meeting the manager.
Worse place ever.. place had nothing but black girls scratching there heads with there gloves on, they never cleaned we had to pick up our own dishes, Got food poison ?? with pizza and the salad. I was sick 4 days. Till I ended up in urgent care.
Only had 3 pieces of pizza on the buffet, when waiting was asked by multiple employees what I was waiting on in a condescending tone, waited 15 minutes for pasta and then was told they forgot, put in uncooked cheese bread out for customers to eat. employees were texting instead of working, left cleaning rag out beside trash can; literally hanging half way in it, yet yelled at a customer for using it to dry up a drink he had spilt in the floor. Rudest service and people in general that work there. Would rather eat burnt Walmart pizza that's been in a warmer for 3 days. They need to closed for a week and start over with new staff.
Salad items were brown and wilted, pizza looked like it was a day old and not a variety
Not just the cleanest Cici's but the cleanest most organized restaurant I have ever been!! Most Hospitals aren't this clean, even the tongs on salad bar were readjusted after each use! The food is hot and delicious!! This team should be running a 5 star restaurant, I've never been more impressed!!!!
