We came mid afternoon and it was empty. The rice was under cooked and we had to ask for fresh pico de gallo because it looked like it had been there hours. Rather than grab a new one and serve us he just dumped the old pico on top of the fresh pico. What?!?! We asked them when we sat down for them to refill one of the agua frescas and when we left a half hour later they still had not refilled it. Worst Chipotle we have ever been to! Stay away! Eat at another Chipotle.
Worst Chipotle ever. Ordered online nearly 30 min before picking up, showed up and the order wasn't ready which is fine. I asked the guy at the counter and was told he didn't make it yet. Showed no hustle, showed no apology, and when asked further was told "not to come at him and he just worked there". He said they were short staffed and super busy (with 2 customers in line). I would absolutely give 0 to negative 5 stars if I could. It costs nothing to show up to work and at minimum not be rude and just answer a customers question... apparently this staff goes the extra mile to be rude. Overwhelmed by 2 customers in line and a mobile order...you gotta be kidding me.
Very disappointed for the first time ever from Chipotle. All tacos were wrapped together in aluminum foil which caused the tacos to become very wet and soggy. Also made it hard to eat and enjoy it. Not to mentioned the meat was cold. I wouldn't have given one star!
Pretty good place! Generally hits the spot, never too crowded when I go and service is great. The only thing I wish is that they wouldn’t run out of guac (that’s the whole reason why I go). They’re always out of guac :(
Third time in 3 weeks I’ve been here and they have been closed or out of food! Don’t waste your time! Better, healthier places to grub close by!
I get that it's busy, but service here has been in a serious decline for the past year. Workers are outright rude, maybe hire more so they aren't so overwhelmed. The lady at the counter today told me they were out of chips with a bag of chips sitting right on the counter for the next customer and multiple on the shelf as if I don't have eyes. When I tried to call to ask about it nobody picked up. Do better.
Good place, the food is always fresh, and the people are quick, almost always able to get in and out in a pinch. It's conveniently located next to Pier Park, so if you're out doing some shopping, or getting the essentials or groceries this is always a good place to stop in and grab a quick bite, or take one home or back to the condo.
Haven't been in awhile..in 4 yrs much has changed. For instance. The Togo food is a completely different window and has food available that the dine in does not. Out of almost everything at 6:30...nothing on the grill being cooked. No steak. No peppers onions. The meat portion used to be a full spoon. Now it's half. I get to check out and the steak that they were out of was being completed in an order Togo lol. Needless to say I won't be back.
They didn't have chips, white rice, fajita peppers, and they charged me extra for wanting my cheese on the side of my burrito bowl. The girl with the pink hair asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager about the situation and I said no and she called the manager over anyway, passive aggressively trying to start a confrontation. Terrible experience terrible food. ?????????
FILTHY DIRTY!
