Was here a couple of weeks ago on a work trip and just now getting to post this. First time here! I slipped in right before closing (didn’t know that at the time!) and they were so gracious to take my order. Loved the food! Such a cute place. Loved the recommendation on the chocolate cake— I’m not much of a cake person but it was honestly to die for. The current manager is AMAZING. She was so kind to tell me to please stay and finish my food while she cleaned up for the evening. Loved chatting with her about the Chicken Salad Chick company. She has great standards and the best customer service!
We tried this place for the first time for lunch while we were in town and we loved it. My sister and I shared a scoop of the classic carol chicken salad, a side of fresh fruit, a drink and it even came with a little cookie and crackers. We love chicken salad so we’re glad to know how good it is here and that we can actually have it again when we go back home to Ohio. The staff was sweet and the manager or supervisor on duty was kind to check on us regularly and clear items out of our way while we enjoyed our visit. The facility was very clean during our visit as well. Definitely will be visiting another location near our home town!!
If you like chicken salad, this is the place for you! The restaurant was very clean well decorated. The workers were very nice. I had a traditional chicken salad on toast and it was very good. For a side I had Mac and cheese and it was awesome. Creamy and delicious. My wife had a different kind of chicken salad with grapes and nuts on a croissant and she enjoyed it very much.
First time. The chicken salad croissant was great. I got the fruity with apples and grapes. My sister got the southern with pickles. Everything was great but the sides. I got the broccoli salad, she got the pasta salad. Both were very dry with extreme lack of dressing. Service very quick. Was surprised to see the cookie sample on my plate. Would return of in the area.
Great associate took, verified, and confirmed my order. Unfortunately it came out incorrect with three concerns. Disappointing since the associate took extra time to confirm but they were training new associates so I was very understanding. The manager took the opportunity to (very loudly) correct a new associate (working very hard) in a negative way in front of several customers. A leader should always coach in a positive way, know they are "on stage" at all times, and jump in to lead by example. Not my normal location.

Huge line but went pretty quickly. Love the selection of chicken salads. The service was pretty quick. Great little spot for fresh food.
Love all the varieties of chicken salad on fresh croissant rolls and the loaded potato soup in awesome. Everything here is fresh and does not leave you feeling like you just had a bowl of grease. A lunch with sandwich, side, drink and a little free cookie is right at $ 10.00. Oh and the mac & cheese is tasty.
Great service and food at this CSC. Joshua and Benjamin were excellent employees that were very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend!!
Service was among the best I've received in Bay County. Food was tasty and fresh. Restroom were very clean and had inspirational sayings on the wall. Great atmosphere and solid food!
