Terrible business practices. We received a card for a free pizza on our last visit as they messed up our order and gave it to someone else. We had to wait for them to completely remake our order that we did online and should have been ready when we arrived. Attempted to use the card today in addition to ordering other items and were told they no longer honor it. What? Don’t give something to a customer and then go back on your word. Would not give them my business again and don’t expect much from the manager either. Worthless. Go elsewhere for better pizza.
We decided to try this place today and was extremely happy with the pizza and salad bar Buffet….The staff was very friendly and they kept bringing out fresh pizza. We are locals and will definitely go back!
This place really has the potential to be good if the staff can get it together. Staff doesn’t know the answers to basic menu questions. We went for lunch today and got the buffet and ordered wings as well. We were in there 30 minutes and asked about our wings. The same person who took our order asked what kind we wanted, again. Then told us it would be 25 minutes. Someone else who worked there came in during this. We asked for our money back because we weren’t going to wait around another 25 minutes. She called someone to ask about a refund and told them we didn’t want to wait on the wings. Well when we had already been there 30 minutes waiting for them we didn’t want to wait another 25 for something they should have already done. Hopefully this gets to the owner and they can make this place work because the pizza itself was delicious!
This is a family run pizza place. They asked me if I liked the food. You can tell they care. The pizza was good. They had cheese pizza, supreme, pepperoni, meat lovers, and chicken pizza. The cinnamon bites were yummy. They also have wine and beer. They have a locals only price that can’t be beat! Highly recommend. We will be back!
My husband and I were vacationing and looking for a decent pizza. We headed down the road and nearly turned around but saw Charley’s Pizza. We got a 14 in 1/2 mushroom and 1/2 Hawaiian thin crust pizza. It was very good and light. We ate it all! Even the Zin wine was great with the pizza. Service was excellent. Several big screens with sports. Watched the Bucks win over the Bull’s. Yay!
amazing food with the freshest cheese ive had in my life, though ive had some less than average pizza from there there's no beating it when its at its best
Okay! We had Charly's Pizza first time 2 years ago when they just opened up and we are their regular customers ever since we love their Meaty Pizza more than anything in, After reading couple of dramatic reviews recently my husband stopped me from ordering today online which we usually do couple times a week our kids love their pizzas alot so we placed a pickup order just to check if the restaurant was really bad as someone mentioned in the review, we did not felt anything wrong with it the restaurant was empty because their business is all online mostly, but the owners are really really nice people we are going to post some pictures too we will be keep on coming back and back we will even bring our kids one day to dine in we love you guys........... keep up the good work.
Just tried for the first time, it's the best delivery pizza I've had here in pcb ! Will order again!!?? second visit was alot greasy no fresh mozzarella, pic attached
Where is the cheese? It's a pie full of sauce and overcooked mozzarella dollops! And if I'd ordered a Marinara pizza, okay. But I didn't. What a waste of time and money.Edit: In response to your reply, I tipped DD 20%, as is customary for me since I worked 20 years in the service industry. For you to imply that my FOOD was terrible because I didn't TIP makes me even more furious with this experience.I spent nearly $70 on a meal that was horrible. I could have gone elsewhere and gotten drinks and desserts too, for that price.Trust, that as a result of your snide implications, I will leave similar reviews of my experience on all platforms. More importantly, I will use the best technique to get the message to other locals: word of mouth. I'll be telling anyone who hasn't tried your restaurant how completely awful it was. We literally threw the pie in the trash.Anyway, I doubt you'll even be around in a year. You have so much competition and they all do it so much better. For anyone still reading my rant, just order from Nick's Slice of Brooklyn. They are amazing, delicious, consistent, and have won Best of Bay multiple times. Avoid this Charly's place entirely. It's horrible.
Everything from the pizza and garlic knots, to the calzone's and milkshakes is amazing!!! Everytime I've ordered from them, iev never been disappointed!!! The customer service is impeccable, they are family owned and make you feel like family from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave!!!
