Not sure what reason you would come here other than to eat your weight in all you can eat crab legs. Service by Michael was impeccable. He had our table cleared off quickly, fresh napkins and trash plates replaced quickly. He was constantly refilling our drinks. The service was definitely the best service I’ve had at a Buffet. The mix of food on the menu was good! Other seafood was decent. Lots of deserts. Take a look!
Best place to eat. Had one of the best servers ever. His name was cole. Cole made sure we had everything we needed . Always was around to make sure everything was going smoothly. They also have a great manger (Chris ) very respectful young man. Loved both of their attitudes.
Cole C was the best waiter I’ve ever had always around us asking if we need anything. Great attitude and work ethic.
Good seafood is not cheap but the buffet advertised a variety of food and seafood along with unlimited snow crabs. The food was delicious, our waiter was superb, and it was just all around a perfect experience and I will definitely go again.
I was disappointed to learn that the location in PCB stopped serving lunch during the week but we decided to try dinner even though were not into crab legs. The salad bar is awesome but why fill up on salad at $50 a pop.....I pretty much tried all the variety of shrimp which was good, the steak was sirloin and was dry, ribeye would have been a better choice. The brownies were good with some soft serve ice cream on top. If your there on the weekend definitely go during lunch, half the cost. Dinner was very pricey.
The service is really good, food was good as well. We had a couple of cocktails they were big and tasty. With their prices, I was expecting a bit more variety on the menu; other than that this is a good family restaurant with a quiet welcoming atmosphere and very clean.
Well I'll start off by saying the food was ok and the crab legs where good. Only thing is you half to wait in these really long line just to receive 2 leg clusters at a time and also there is not a very big selection to choose from... Pluse it is pretty expensive for 2 adults and 1 10year old and a 4year old with 4 drinks after tax was $215 and some change. And our server had came one time to refill our drinks and never one time came and took the plate of empty crab legs away. But hey I'm not knocking this place if you want all you can eat crab legs and you like to wait give them a try. But if not well this place ain't for you...
Great fresh food! Last seating at 8:30pm but they continue the line until the last person leaves! Senior discount available if you ask.
If you don't like crowds, then stay away. Otherwise the buffet was very good. Many different items to choose from ranging from fish to steak and every side imaginable. The crab legs were hot, fresh and delicious. A bit pricy, but all in all a good experience. Service was good for us as well.
My family and I have been coming to PCB for the past 6 years on vacation. Our must go to place has always been Captain Jacks. However this time we were disappointed. I understand the price of things increasing, but $243 for 3 of us to eat crab legs & 1 getting regular buffet. The crab legs weren’t that impressive this year. Very small and no way worth $243. They had little black specks all over them and when my daughter asked our waiter what was on them, only thing he said was “it won’t kill you” 😂 So our other daughter of course googled it and it was leech eggs. After reading that we kinda lost our appetite. Next year we’ll skip captain jacks.
